My wife had just left a doctors appointment at UCLA Medical Plaza for a physical therapy appointment with our three month year old son. She was pushing her stroller with baby inside while walking by when our child's doctor called with some important information she had to take notes on. She stopped in front of the shop to have a phone call when a woman who proclaimed to be the owner stepped outside to verbally assault my wife for having a phone conversation outside of her store. My wife was not in her store, and spoke on the phone for what was likely 10 minutes. \r

The store owner came out to yell at my wife for talking. My wife told her she only needed a minute to take some notes on the call, and the woman continued to yell at her while hurling obscenities and name-calling my wife with the wit of a delinquent third-grader. She called my wife a C*&$, a B(*#~! among other things for taking a phone call outside of her business. She continued to grab a rack of clothes from her store on the street and cornered my wife and baby in the stroller against the window of her store, and started pushing our baby in the stroller with the clothes rack. She threatened to call the authorities for loitering. Needless to say the authorities never came. I think she was trying to summon some rats from the back room, because no men in uniform ever showed up. She continued to insult my wife's parenting ability while my wife finished up the phone call. My wife did not raise her voice, nor resort to her classy tactics. When my wife finished her call, she apologized to the woman and told her she was sorry it sounded like she was having a bad day. The woman continued to shout at her, continuing to swear at her, yelling for her to leave.\r

My wife may be stubborn, but she certainly is not rude. My wife does not look menacing, nor despondent. She was doing nothing out of the ordinary, nor was she even talking on speaker-phone. Especially for the Westwood community this just struck me as appalling. This woman who is the business owner is not a fit member of the community and deserves to have her business fail. I'm half tempted to open up a uniform company just to take her down. Ok, now i'm just venting a bit, but seriously, who pushes a baby stroller with baby inside with a clothing rack? Are you looking for a guest spot on Judge Judy?\r

If you have to buy a uniform anywhere, i implore you to buy elsewhere. There's a reason that this place currently 2 stars on Yelp. You can go to nearby ProWearPlus in West LA on Pico. Or you can order online from scrubshopper or scrubsandbeyond.\r

Expect a letter to the BBB, an anti Scrubs-Unlimited website, negative reviews on every local search review site under the sun, and a YouTube video with a dramatic re-enactment. \r
