I,ve had my own car for for over 60 yrs, and without doubt S&S provides the BEST service I have ever had. Both Bo and Gary are knowledgeable, honest and treat the customer in a way that all clients would want to be treated. Their prices are fair and their ability to solve problems quickly is unmatched. I have been going to S&S for over 20 years and I have nothing but high regards for Gary and Bo.I have never been over charged. I can't understand how they can do the work they do without charging you for the investgation of the problem. I left my car there three days and Gary said No charge as we could not duplicate the sound you are hearing. But look at the time they spent trying to find out what the sound was. A week or so AGO I took my tow car in because the gear linkage was broken. I told Bo to replace it at a cost of $550.00 plus labor. He called me up and said. ""Jim I think you should think it over before you put that much money for the linkage when the engine has what sounds like internal damage"". I had the car picked up by KARS FOR KIDS. Again NO CHARGE for the investenation and Bo returned the new linkage he had ordered. Now tell me where in Orange there is a shop as honest as these two guys. S&S you are the tops in my book. And for anyone that would write don't go to S&S is out of their mind. And now I find out the lady that wrote that got her money back! more

Beau and Gary have always given me clear explanations of what service did and didn't need doing. Maybe that's because I'm a guy, but maybe not. This shop is also one of the few that my wife--who generally thinks that *all* mechanics talk down to her--doesn't complain about. Pros: Good service, good advice Cons: Too busy sometimes more

This is the worst place you could go to get your car worked on. I took my jeep in to there shop to get my muffler and tail pipe fixed(the tail pipe had rusted off the muffler, so the muffler was hanging). Bo(S&S Auto manager/owner) failed to tell me that they dont even do and welding in his shop, so without my knowlege Bo sent it to Laguna Muffler. When i got my car back there was a new muffler on it but no new tail pipe, but on my receipt it said ""muffler and pipe $150"". Bo tried to tell me that ""pipe"" ment the 3"" cupling(metal tube) they had welded over my rusted tail pipe to conect it to my muffler. Now 8 months later my tail pipe has broken(because of rust) 3/4 of the way through again right above where they had welded it. I am now in the process of trying to deal with men who talk to women like their idiots who dont know jack about cars to try and fix something they messed up and already charged me for . So in short NEVER GO TO S & S AUTO, THEY WILL TRY AND FU( K YOU OVER. and for every other female who can handle her own life if you dont want to be talked to and treated like sh!t dont go to S&S Auto Pros: NOTHING Cons: THEY TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU more
