-We installed a $1,500.00 yard lighting system for this customer. We scheduled the install and when the time came, we installed the system. I gave her the final invoice and she wrote out a check...
-I deposited the check at my bank, a few days later, the check came back to me with a hold placed on it. I contacted cathy and she said she wanted a few more things done and she was afraid she couldn't get ahold of me, so she placed a hold on the check. (SHE NEVER CALLED US-SHE JUST ASSUMED) So, we went back out and completed what she requested, with no additional charges added to her invoice....(what a nice guy). She told me to go ahead and re-submit the check, that she'll call the bank and have the hold taken off.
-I waited a few days before I re-submitted the check to the bank. To my surprise I received another bank notice that this check had a STOP PAYMENT WRITTEN ON IT.
-After several trips back/forth we finally were paid..but enough is enough...
-She wants me to call her back-RIGHT!!!! I don't need aggravation or customers like this... nobody does....She says I have terrible customer service, she should talk.
