If you want a top notch company, hire Rzonca Construction! Dave installed my deck as well as my whole house lighting system. His work is of the highest quality I've seen from any contractors I've hired. He always take the "extra step" to make each deck unique...you can tell a Rzonca deck anywhere! We've hired Rzonca Construction again to install a walkway in our yard and will continue to use his creativeness, honesty, and knowledge of his industry each year to improve our home! He is the best in the business!! We look forward to seeing him each time he is working on a project for us, as he is the nicest guy around! READ THE TRUTH BEHIND THIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK (CATHY MEEKER-LEFT) 7/21/2006

Cathy....If your gonna leave us negative feedback, at least tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth... before you start typing. -We installed a $1,500.00 yard lighting system for this customer. We scheduled the install and when the time came, we installed the system. I gave her the final invoice and she wrote out a check... -I deposited the check at my bank, a few days later, the check came back to me with a hold placed on it. I contacted cathy and she said she wanted a few more things done and she was afraid she couldn't get ahold of me, so she placed a hold on the check. (SHE NEVER CALLED US-SHE JUST ASSUMED) So, we went back out and completed what she requested, with no additional charges added to her invoice....(what a nice guy). She told me to go ahead and re-submit the check, that she'll call the bank and have the hold taken off. -I waited a few days before I re-submitted the check to the bank. To my surprise I received another bank notice that this check had a STOP PAYMENT WRITTEN ON IT. -After several trips back/forth we finally were paid..but enough is enough... -She wants me to call her back-RIGHT!!!! I don't need aggravation or customers like this... nobody does....She says I have terrible customer service, she should talk. Pros: Very Professional...Very Knowledgable...Quality Materials...EASY CARE PRODUCTS Cons: NONE more

David Rzonca will learn that good customer service is one of the most important keys to a successful business. When a committment is made by an owner of a business or one of the employees it must be upheld. This owner promises to return calls and repair faulty equipment, none of which he does. If the rating of this business is 7.3 it is highly over-rated. more
