Mr. Westphal is a scam artist and a thief. He has ripped off numerous individuals and businesses for many years, yet somehow is allowed to continue doing business in Montana. He has a history of borrowing money from people (upwards of $20,000 in some cases) and never paying them back. (He did this to someone close to me.) Even when courts render judgments against him, he still does not pay. (He's good at demonstrating to the court that he's ""broke"".) The MT Attorney General's office has investigated him. He's the nicest guy in the world until he rips you off. Don't fall for it, and do NOT do any business with him! This website requires that a rating be given, but if it were up to me, Ryders Choice would get -45 stars. This guy is awful. more

kurt, sold a motorcycle for me. He took another bike in trade and stold $9000.00 from me. I have yet to receive full payment from him after 4 years. Gave him $2500 in 4/09 for parts- Curt Westphal never ordered them. Have yet to get money back or any work done on my bike. Let Consumer Protection in Helena know about problems. more
