If I could give Rush Flyer Printing ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order on October 28 via the Internet. My file was not uploaded properly and was e-mailed by Eli informing me of this. I requested he cancel the order and refund my money. I sent two more e-mails after that. I placed a phone call to Marianna in mid-November stating I never received a response or refund and wanted my money refunded. She took down my credit card number (after saying she couldn't process the refund and would have her manager call me, countless times -- I insisted I didn't want anyone to call me -- I merely wanted my money back). She said she'd have her manager process the refund (she had all my original credit card info). After a week and a half, I still had no refund. It is now November 29 and I called Rush Printing again, demanding my refund and allegedly will receive it within the day or by tomorrow. It has been a horrible experience and will never use their services (I never actually received anything -- I've spent all of my time trying to get my money back) and DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. more
