\r Recently I had knee pain due to long time standing. What I appreciate the doctor is that he will address the problem and work on it immediately. Another aspect that I am very thankful to Dr. Paul is his caring personality. Healing is not only physical. In that emotional support and assurance from your own health care provider plays a big role.\r more

\r When I came to see Dr. Kristen in August 2004, I was in pretty bad shape. I had injured my back at work and decided after about a week of back pain and headaches (and the prompting of my massage therapist) that it was time to see a chiropractor.\r Unfortunately, Giles Chiropractic was not the first chiropractic office I went to. I saw another chiropractor for about two weeks. After my time there, I felt worse than before I started. Plus, they were way more expensive and always ran at least a half an hour late for my scheduled appointments.\r So, after much frustration, I sought the advice of a friend who referred me to the great office she went to – Giles Family Chiropractic. I saw Dr. Kristen right away and did a much more detailed examination to find out why my problem really was before she tried to fix it. \r After Dr. Kristen figured out the problem, she spent ample time explaining what was wrong and how we were going to fix it. I liked that I was involved in this process and that she discussed everything before starting with care. Also, they are always o time, which I greatly appreciate.\r Within two weeks of seeing Dr. Kristen & Dr. Paul, I was feeling much better. The headaches had gone away and my back was in much better shape. It has been a long road, but everyone at Giles Family Chiropractic have been amazing every step of the way.\r Now Dr. Kristen and her staff are helping me in another way. I am pregnant with my first child and they are helping me (and my back) get through the pregnancy with little discomfort. Plus, it’s amazing how the research shows that it’s so much better to have chiropractic care during pregnancy. It helps you have a healthy pregnancy and delivery.\r Dr. Giles has given me a lot of information and guidance on my pregnancy and my overall health and well-being. I am truly thankful for her care and the care of her staff. I look forward to seeing what the future will bring with Giles Family Chiropractic by my side.\r more

\r I happened to see the Giles Family Chiropractic flyer in the Marketplace Magazine. I was impressed with the picture of the family and also the great offer that was advertised.\r I have been troubled with back problems for years. I had pain down my leg and low back pain. When I am in a lot of pain it will flare up the disorder I have called Fibromyalgia.\r I have a very busy life, with aging parents, and a family business in which I do the errands and office work when needed. I also love seeing and playing with grandchildren.\r It was difficult most of the time to find the energy to do anything. My sciatica pain down my leg was getting very painful. I couldn’t sit for very long, because of the pain in my low back.\r My husband wanted me to call and make an appointment. And I am so glad I did.\r Within a few treatments my pain down my leg eased and has disappeared now.\r Dr. Giles showed me stretches when I feel I might have done too much. I can take walks with my daughter and enjoy being with the grand kids. I am able to sit for longer periods of time now. I just proved it yesterday. We went for a long ride. We drove a little over 500 miles with a few stretch stops. Yes, I was stiff and sore getting out of the car. But it got better with a few steps. Before my chiropractic care I had such severe pain with sitting for long periods that I wouldn’t have been able to drive 500 miles. The trip didn’t even cause a flare up of the Fibromyalgia – I am so thankful for that.\r IT IS GREAT TO HAVE GOOD DAYS AGAIN!!\r more

\r Our son Zach, age 4, has been coming in for adjustments since December. His overall demeanor has improved. He is more calm, more focused and his bowel troubles seem less of a problem. He used to be a struggle while getting adjusted, but now he leads Dr. Kristen to the table and hops up for his adjustment. Because Zach was born via C-section, and suffered from digestive ailments, we were concerned about his overall health. Chiropractic has made a difference.\r more
