Rupert's Cleaners

It cost me $33 to have a formal gown "cleaned" to only find out that there were still stains on the dress. I had driven through their handy "drive-thru" and the dressed was slipped in without even telling me there were stains. I dot home to find out. I then took the dress back and they proceeded to tell me it needed further cleaning that would be additional money, and yet they would still NOT GUARANTEE the stains to come out! Poor customer service as they would not work to accommodate the costs. I would have let them have the dress rather than pay $33 for a dress still stained! They don't stand behind their services! STAY AWAY!! more

Not only would I not recommend them, but I recommend to NOT use them. They totally ruined a brand new outfit, pulled it from the store and put it into storage. It took me weeks to get it back, and it was indeed ruined. they did not stand behind their work, and I was out a hundred dollars. I don't fault that they made mistakes, but if they had handled it in a timely manner, I could have gotten my outfit replaced. By the time they returned my garment, I saw that it was damaged beyond repair and it was too late to purchase another like it since the store no longer carried that particular outfit. I would not recommend Rupert's because in my dealings with them, they did not stand behind their work. I even went to the owner, and he didn't stand behind his company's work. Just say no. more

This cleaners is great, when it starts getting cold weather they sponser a coat for kids drive. people donate coats and this cleaners cleans them free of charge.they have been doing this for a long time.they are located in a good area of town , they have plenty of parking. and the prices are fair. i would rate them a 5 star. PROS: Good job CONS: none more
