When i walked in after the installation of my new bamboo flooring i was in awe to say the least. I never thought it would look this good. You guys are flooring rock stars. Jason the store manager told me it would look perfect but i was hesitant to believe him. Iv had horrible experiences in the past with contractors. I went to several places trying to get an idea what it was going to cost to out carpet into a remodeled bedroom. I was floored at the cost and time line to do carpet. Then I stopped in at Rug Bug. What an amazing place. I spoke with Jason about what I wanted and needed. He worked me up two amazing estimates and sent me home with big carpet samples to show my wife. Then once we decided I brought his carpet samples back and put a down payment to get started at which time the total came out less then he estimated. His installers were quick and efficient. I was totally impressed, my only problem is now my bedroom looks so good I want to get the rest of my house done. Thank you guys for a job well done. more

My husband and I went to Rug Bug to purchase cork flooring for our partially finished basement. On our first trip to the store (when we were just doing research and pricing), we talked to Stephanie, the owner, who was happy to tell us all about her cork products, the prices, and everything else we wanted to know. There was absolutely no pressure to buy at that time. After visiting some other flooring stores and checking out their cork selections, we quickly found out that Rug Bug had not only the friendliest service, but also the best prices by far. So we returned to purchase the flooring. Jason was just as friendly as his mom and was happy to answer all of our nervous-DIY'er questions! Our experience up until this point was fantastic and would definitely have earned them a 5-star review. But even after the purchase, Rug Bug went above and beyond for us. We installed the floor but found ourselves three planks short...on Sunday morning. We called the store expecting to have to order another box and wait 3 days for it to come in, but Stephanie said they happened to have three extra boards on hand that they could sell us. Thanks to Rug Bug, we were able to finish our project this weekend like we had hoped! I can't recommend this business highly enough--they are spectacular and truly committed to their customers! We absolutely love our new cork floor and are looking for more flooring projects just so we can return to Rug Bug! more

i love the Wool carpet i got from these guys. i had shopped and shopped and i was starting to get alarmed by the quotes that some of these carpet stores were giving me. that was until i checked out this little place. they beat all the other quotes and installed it right away. best deal i could find and lord knows i looked long and hard. they gave me a smoking deal on this wool bound area rug. they were helpful , easy going and down to earth. it was nice not be pressured when trying to make up my mind. ill be going back this next summer when i redo my master bedroom. more

So I just bought my first house. And the very rustic (eek!) carpet and chipped laminate and peeling linoleum wasn't doing it for me. So I asked a few friends and was told to check out this place on SE Division and 123rd. I got my killer killer killer remodel done for WAAAAAAYYYYYYY cheaper than anyone else quoted me. more
