You would think that with a Pro Chef Owner ( Phil Evans ) that the food would be great, but Its not. The service is very slow and the servers have no knowledge of what they are serving. If you ask a question about the food to a server, you get that ""deer in the headlight look"" , but thats what you get when you hire people and don't train them.The menu is just standard pub food which other places in the area do much better. I can say these things since I have been a professional chef for over 25 years. Phil is a nice guy, and a great chef but Rudy's is a flop.
