To book by phone, ordered three hours. My friends and I celebrated the anniversary of our friendship. Really liked the comfort, riding convenience. Salon super comfortable to ride it, ride around the city. The temperature in the interior optimum, which in turn is very good. We ride this winter very much. This autumn we will also book a limousine VIP-class for five people on my birthday, we had already booked. It will be fun, we will have ten people - the cheerful company. more

Our night out for my sister's Bachelorette party was amazing! Rick was on time and conducted everything in a professional manner. He was a wonderful driver and definitely would recommend him to anyone! Or just this limo service in general. I loved the fact that we got a complementary bottle of champagne and there was water in the cabin as well as sodas and vodka and whiskey in the cabin all on the house! Rick was more than amazing and would 100% go back anytime I'm in NYC! more

I went to book 2 limos and 1 car for my wedding.. At 12:15pm on 7/5/12, i spoke to a very frustrated and unprofessional Mark who treated me as if i was dumb speaking abnormally slow and shouting down the phone to me. he told me that i had to fax a form in order to book a limo, i said gee thats tough because I dont have a fax machine, he told me to book with someone who can do it over the phone then!!. Anyways, I carried on and said i would like to book 2 limos and one car for me upcoming wedding, he replied 'what car, we have very few cars left'.. (very unhelpful not advising me on what was left or what I should do). after i told him the car, then he asked 10 or 12 passengers, with such a tone like he did not need or want my business. I said "excuse me" and he said "TEN OR TWELVE", do you want the car or not I don't have time to argue. I asked him could I speak to someone else and he said NO and hung up. what customer service from this place. if they have people who cant treat you right over the phone then what will they be like arranging your cars for a wedding??? more

I am writing this to let others know about the experience we had last weekend. It was more than what we had expected. We had soooo much fun and Tom was so much fun. He was extremely open to take us where we wanted to go and made suggestions to help us re-evaluate our day; something we really appreciated. Simply put.....professional. I will highly recommend their services. We were picked up for a ride to the airport at 6:00 am sharp. We ordered the Lincoln car. For the return trip, company picked us up in the Mercedes S550 as a free upgrade so we would be more comfortable. We did not ask for the service, it was simply provided for our convenience. Both vehicles were spotless and the driver provided cold water. Again, we did not have to ask for any of the extras. We're just a normal couple, however, Unique made us feel like rock stars. more
