This is a place that you stay in Kona for economic reasons. It's a good place to crash but you get what you pay for. They charge for the coffee ($3.50 for a 10% Kona Blend packet), pool towels have to be returned and your view depends. Stayed here for three nights, and it was more than adequate for what I needed, just to expect the royal treatment. The morning buffet is good as well as it's location. A great place to watch the sunset.
