Would never go anywhere else! 3/29/2012

After owning my brand new car for just 2 weeks, I did some damage to the front bumper. I called Bill and he looked at it right away. Not only was he kind, he was honest and put me at ease right away. He repaired the damage the very next day and went above and beyond. His price was more than reasonable. He was friendly and professional. I will recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Bill for everything! more

Totally satisfactory 3/16/2012

I went to Royal Collision to get some body work done and get the paint fixed on my car. I loved that they did it all in a timely manner and it was perfect work. They really do all that they can for their customers and then some more. more

Excellent job in and out, quality was top notch. 3/15/2012

This was the second time I had my car worked on at Royal Collision. After the first, I knew I'd be going back. I was very pleased with the friendly atmosphere. They're easy to get on the phone without any questions and stuff like that. I had them replace my rear corner panel and do some smaller things like the lens. I was very satisfied with the work. more

My car was rear ended. Actually, Royal Collision was recommended to me by my insurance company. It was fine. The owner Bill was very straight forward. He looked at the car and I brought it back to him the following Monday. He helped to arrange to get me a loner car. He said it would take five days and it was done in five days. He was even able to save me a little bit of money. more

I have actually used them on about four different occasions. I have been completely satisfied. They are friendly, incredibly quick, and the service is impeccable. I have only used Royal Collision once, and it was a good experience. I dealt with Bill and he was very on top of everything. If there was a change in the status of my car, he would call and let me know. I thought they were reasonably priced. more

The technician at Royal Collision was more than happy to work with me in ordering the parts first with no payment. Royal Collision kept the car for two and a half days and I got it back in better condition than before as far as cleanliness. Royal Collision replaced the rear bumper and muffler on a twelve-year-old car. The work was done beautifully! more

Everything went great with Royal Collision and the job was good. Bill is friendly and offers you a ride home if you need it. He will go the extra mile to get you the correct parts. I needed a door and I know he rust proofed it before he even put it together. I got the car back clean. He cleaned the whole car out. more

When Royal Collision gives you an estimate, that is what it comes too. They work with you. When they tell you the car will be ready, it is ready. I have never had to wait to bring my car in, they will always take it. If I have to use a body shop thats the one I will use. more

I brought my car in to Royal Collision after having had an accident. The estimate they gave me was fair, and the adjuster agreed with it. Royal Collision got the part almost immediately, they took care of the car, and when I came to pick it up it was washed and clean, inside and out. You couldn't tell where the damage was! It was a pleasure to deal with Royal Collision. They gave a date when the car would be ready, and it was ready on that date. Outstanding service, and the work is A-plus. 7/20/2011

I've just used Royal Collision for the third time, and I'm very pleased with the service. They are very informative and up front, and also great with follow-up. I got a call every other day with reports on the progress of the work. Everyone in the shop is very friendly, too. They are great all around. On the recent visit, I went to Royal with major rear end damage after I was hit by another vehicle. They dealt directly with the other person's insurance company, with no issues whatsoever. They got the work done quickly, and did a great job. Definitely call them, and you won't go any further after you speak to Bill. I was in a motor vehicle accident. I was rear-ended, and there was damage in the rear. Then a week later I got spray painted, so I had two different claims on the car. Royal Collision made it very easy to deal with all that, and everything was fixed nicely. more

Neighborhood Collision Expert. 7/8/2011

We have been using Royal Collision over the last 15 years when we have had a few minor fender benders. They take us right in, give us a good estimate, and do the work as agreed. I know the owner, our kids went to school together, and they really are the neighborhood collision experts. They are very good, and we have had no problems. They have even done a little custom work on our car as well. Royal Collision does a good job of putting everything back together again. When there is a problem, they take care of it and do whatever has to be done. more
