havent had much luck with the front desk. they are impersonable & take too long - they act like they have something else to do besides help you. for the price, i'd rather go else where. plus the drive from the heights is not desirable. more

Luxury for your canine kids 11/10/2004

The staff at Rover Oaks are all professional and courteous, and treat my dogs like they are humans checking in to a hotel. If you can afford the $20-30/night per dog, I highly recommend Rover Oaks. You won't have to worry about your dogs while you are away - mine are always chipper and wagging their tails when I pick them up!! Pros: Customer service, hours more
