Rove Pest Control

They couldn't ever get rid of my ant problem after several appointments between my regularly scheduled services. I also continuously had spider and wasp issues after specifically pointing out those issues, it was like they weren't treating anything and just billing me for it. You would think days or a week later and you would be able to tell a difference but not with Rove, it's like they were attracting insects instead of killing and driving them away. They have terrible customer service, condescending and rude people. Really wish I had cancelled sooner. \r \r I was new to Broken Arrow when I hired them and regret not looking into other companies before I let a door to door salesmen talk me into this joke of a contract, please learn from my mistake. These clowns only care about money and have terrible attitudes. I now use Bulwark Exterminating and it is amazing, my ant problem is completely gone and their customer service is excellent. It is night and day compared to Rove. Please don't waste your time and hard earned money on Rove unless those things just aren't important to you. more

I must say that I have always been impressed with Rove Pest Control. The technicians are always friendly and always make sure I have been taken care of. We have needed to use them on occasion for extra services, but they have always been prompt about returning. I would recommend them to anyone. Pros: null Cons: null more

(read all) A nice kid came by and asked if we'd like to sign up with Rove. I said okay and I was going to be billed in such a way that whenever they came out they'd charge my card but that was the extent of it. There was no contract or anything like that. And yet, suddenly I do have a contract with them because when I canceled service (just didn't like their customer service, they were hard to reach/return calls) they sent me a bill for 178.20 for an early terminartion fee. This wasn't supposed to be a contract, and yet they put me in one. However, after contacting the owner by e-mail the situation was resolved in a very respectful manner. Apparently, the young man who came by, it was his first time to sign someone up so he didn't correctly follow procedure to show me I had signed up for a contract. I learned Rove will accomdate people who do want to "pay as you go." So, in the end, this is a decent company with areas in need of improvement just like any other. more

They came by my house saying they had one slot left for their spring treatment and they would give me a half off discount to fill that spot. It was a year contract at $70 a visit and they did the worst job ever! Still had bugs in our yard and ticks in the back yard. When I called and told them I still had problems with ticks they were rude, and when the guy came out to spray I told him what I was told on the phone and he all but called me a lier. Save your money and use another service or buy your pest control supply at your local hardware store!!! Cons: Poor service, expensive, con artist! more

Rove Pest Control has been servicing our house for over five years. I appreciate the quick responses and return trip for free if requested - without question. Ask for Roger as your technician. He is very professional and does a great job. Pros: Better than Mother Nature's Cons: None more

I also appreciate the quick responses and return trip for free if requested - without question. I especially appreciate the fine work of Roger. This is truly a customer service oriented company.
