I understand that delays and unforseen issues happen that cause delays, but my time in the chair vs time to do the procedure was...

Painless filling 9/29/2011

I haven't had a filling in several years. I went in fore one yesterday and was totally suprised when instead of that foot-long needle that dentists usually use to give patients a novacaine shot, Dr Rousseau put some kind of device into the side of my mouth for a minute. I asked him what he was doing, and he said that he was numbing me up. It worked fine, and was 1000% better than getting a shot. more

Disappoint Service 9/27/2011

3 different person for my last 3 routine cleaning appointments. How can I follow them with different instructions. This time I feel disappointed. Personally, I think she is not that professional and knowledgeable. I would rather go back to the last 2 person to do my routine cleaning. more

Rousseau Family Dentistry 9/23/2011

I have been comming to Rousseau Family Dentistry for over 10 years. However, I have not been happy with the service provided. I recently missed an appointment (I had no recollection of the appt. and no call the day previous) and was told I would have to pay $100 missed appt. fee. (luckly I live close by and was able to rush there to avoid the fee). Since Rousseau Family Dentistry has moved into a new, luxurious building I wonder if the practice is putting profits before patients. I think its time to find a new (more humble) dentist who is more concerned with my teeth than money. more

I was nervous about getting injections in my mouth because in the past I haven't had a good experience at getting dental work done. But I had a very good experience with dr. Rousseau and his staff. I was offered the gas before the injection. That was the best plan for me. Dr Rousseau explained what he was doing as the procedure progressed,I appreciated that he and his assistant was concerned about my comfort.The entire staff at this office are friendly. I would recommend this dental practice to my family and friends. more

Cleaning 9/21/2011

I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while and had some build up. I was worried, since I knew the cleaning would be an ordeal. My hygentist did a wonderful job and there was very little dicomfort in the procedure. I would highly recommend this dentist office. more

Painless and fast! 9/20/2011

Dr. Rousseau and his staff are so great and caring. He took care of 3 fillings in less than an hour with minimum to no pain on my part. more

Nice service but 9/17/2011

The assistant applied numbing gel on my right gum eventhough I told her that its the left since I heard the conversation of dr.rousseau n d hygienist that d left needs more attention. She still applied to my right gum, never attempted to clarify. What was she thinking?that I dont know what I was saying? I hope that she will not be assignef to me again on my next visit since she does know how to listen. more
