Placed and paid for order for school Jacket March 12th. Everytime I called, they said..."it always takes this long." Fed up...called today. Voicemail. Company no longer in business. Thank god I paid for it with a credit card but have every intention of cooperating with attorney general to punish this company. more

Any idea if they moved or are they closed? Sunbury Rd location is no more. more

We have used Roush for many, many years and have had nothing but first class and personalized service. If they don't have it, they will find it. If an item that you keep similar goes out of stock or is no longer made, they will find a compatible replacement. If you need something quick, they deliver it. The bottom line is that they treat you with respect and take care of you. Most negative reviews I find come from those who have no respect for the employees of companies. I wouldn't want to take good care of whinners like that either. Remember those who have something negative to write are 75% more likely to write a review than those who have no problems. I was always taught to divide the number of negative reviews by 4 to come up with a true positive to negative ration of a company. more

Ordered specialized tshirts, I was told that they would be available for pick-up in a week. They lost my order, 5 weeks later my shirts were ready for pickup. The event that I needed the shirts for was already over. more

Son on a youth soccer team. We ordered a higher end Jersey. It was late arriving and not even correct. Roush was very hard to deal with and very rude to everyone involved. I don't know of anyone else that does sporting goods but would research other options if up to me. As a parent I had to drive out of my way to pick up the shirts instead of them bringing them to us after the mess. more

Ordered Jerseys, they misplaced the order and once it arrived it was not correct. Too late to fix the order or go to another sport shop. I would not use them again. more

I have a kid on the Jr. High team soccer program. Also have a kid playing in the youth league. Also had a kid last year on the little league football team. The foot ball team's uniforms were late and wrong last year so the played with t-shirts, the youth league uniforms were late and missed the first game, and the Jr. High soccer team has played two games at Roush has not delivered the uniforms yet. They were ordered a month ago. They hung up on the coach who was trying to figure how they forgot this order. I personally would not use them for any type of important orders. Good: Nothing at all. Bad: They lack professional sales reps. They also do not provide written estimates up front and even try to twist the truth to cover for a lacking sales man.. Improvements: Fire the manager and sales rep. Written estimates and delivery dates up front so they can't pretend to have said other things.. Other: Do not give them your cell number they will call and cuss you out if you complain to the higher ups. Beware.. more

We ordered a two tone jersey and got a solid colored black jersey. The logo was in the wrong spot, the sponsors were wrong. When the "manager" commented on the jersey he said "you never said what two tone colors you wanted". So I guess the photo we gave him of possible choices was not enough. Also black on black is not two tone, its called solid black. And the lettering was the wrong color. The sales staff wants to act like its the customers fault. Wont fix the problems and even will demand you order more from them. Thank God we already found another supplier that is a good alternative to Roush. Sports and Shoes in Mt. Vernon Ohio is very professional. When placing an order they will give you written estimates upfront, give you in writing a time line, and go over exactly what you want. None of this was done at Roush. They broom you out the door. Its odd when the order was a $3000 order that they would treat us so badly. more

The sales staff actually called and cussed out my wife when she checked on the status of an order. The manager tried to cover it up with lines like "it was "him", not Roush" and things like that. Well the sales rep is an employee rep for Roush so it was Roush. Oh if you write a bad review about them they might say your slandering an otherwise good reputation. more

Ordered league soccer jerseys three weeks ahead of scheduled delivery date. He ordered all the wrong shirts, and skipped two entire teams, after we faxed the order 4 times, went over it, then hand delivered it to him in person and went over. Plus the order was 4 days late, 2 days after the games began for our season. John D. is a horrible liar, said the had the shirts just needed to put numbers on them when I called to check on the order. When I arrived, they not only had no shirts, they didn't order them yet either. So with two days before our season started, he tried to order 137 soccer jerseys to have them to us by game time. All he had to do is tell us the truth and we would have gone to another uniform company. DO NOT USE ROUSH, go anywhere else. more

We always take our kids soccer jerseys there for custom lettering. The staff is friendly and quick. Lettering is always done well (straight, centered), and stays on for years. more

This is an excellent place to get your sporting goods supplies. The manager is an extremely helpful gentleman who has been there for years, even through the sale. I would shop no where else as a team President. more

This is a small sporting good store that has almost anything you want or need from golf to basketball to football to soccer to wresting, etc. They carry all major brands and prices are compatible with major chains. more

This store used to be located on Shrock Rd., but they recently relocated to a plaza on Sunbury Rd. I have not been into the new store, but I'm sure the store is basically the same. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is a nice local, neighborhood store. They have a fairly good selection of sporting goods items and the prices are reasonable. more
