I went here for the first time last week, thinking it would be a great place for some last minute Christmas shopping. I was way wrong. The operative word in their name is ""Premium."" I could not believe the high prices at this place. Also, it's about 90% clothing stores. I guess a young woman might like to shop here for name brand clothing at boutique prices. Otherwise, you would find the same merchandise at the regular mall for a lot less. The directory signs are wrong. The one at the south end is backwards and upside down. Very confusing. ATM's are not where the signs tell you they are. They were not crowded at all two weeks before Christmas and the people working in the stores looked surprised when you walked in. Very telling. It's a shame because this could've been great. I feel that the city of Round Rock is misusing the term ""outlet."" This is a high priced, poorly designed grand-scale strip mall for the uninformed shopper.
Pros: Location, parking
Cons: High prices, lack of variety
