A little disapointed 1/15/2014

I was not met with great enthusiasm, had to wait more than necessary, and finally one of the minor repairs was not done due to lacking of a socket fora rear light. This socket was never ordered for me and I never learned if it was covered by the warranty. more

Bad service crap cars 1/10/2014

Service reps were awful and a car should not have the type of issues mine has at 60k. Both visors dropped from ceiling, locks don't work, gas rank door won't open and the list goes on. Hyundai is a cheap car and I don't reco it. Also the service folks took to long and were not very nice more

We have been customers with RR Hyundai since 2003 and have found the service department to provide excellent service with our three Hyundai products!! Excellent Service 1/7/2014

Originally scheduled my 2013 Veloster for oil change and 30k mile service, also check CV joint noise. Service staff notified me of a recall on speakers and offered loaner car if I wanted to take care of the recall. I decided to wait and elected to have all work done. They updated me on what was found on 30k mile inspection and CV joint issue. They comped my oil change since I waited for for the repairs and did an excellent job on the work. Very professional staff. more

Treated a lady like a person, not a cash grab. 1/6/2014

Took my car in for a recall and got a free inspection. The technician found the cabin filter dirty (and it was) and suggested it be changed. I told them I would take care of it myself and there was no further pressure. When I checked it at home, it was nasty and I changed it. I appreciated be treated as a knowledgeable consumer and not like an idiot. more

Facility equipped with high tech and excellent service team. 12/2/2013

Scheduled an appointment, drive in and don't have to wait at all, not even one minute. The facility is very clean and high tech. Don't worry about line up in the rain or cold weather like other dealership, just pull up into the service lane slowly and check out how fast the door pull up. Once you drove in, Service Advisor already at your door waiting for you, can't get any better than that. I have been driving for over thirty years, owning many vehicles like Corvette, Kings Ranch truck, Lexus, BMW etc. and none of these dealers can even come close compare to Round Rock Hyundai Service. more

Did what they promised quickly 11/19/2013

I arrive early for my appointment to get a recall service done. They took the car in right away, got to work, and did the job in less than an hour. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, offered free coffee or water. Performed free inspection and told me another issue that could be addressed, but did not pressure me more

Hyundai Gives a Toot 10/31/2013

The horn on my 2013 Sonata woke me up early Sunday morning. It would not stop. The Hyundai shop diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They also washed my car before they returned it to me. more
