The shop has a good set up with items grouped by item and sizes and they have a good selection but as some what over priced. They want top dollar for items that are obviously used...

RIP-OFF STORE 8/9/2014

Do not shop here and DEFINITELY do not take clothes to sell there. They will rip you off! I dropped off some clothes that still had the tags on them and never been worn. When I checked back I was told all items were donated to charity due to stains. What a load of crap! more

Rude staff 10/12/2013

I took many items of my husband's clothing. The only reason for selling them was he had gained weight. Very nice items on hangers, clean, and not in bad condition. The sales people at the Kingleys Ave store were extremely rude. They said they were donating all my items. I have been taking stuff to cosignment stores for years and never met a sales person this rude. I called owner and complained. more

If u only got 10 cents, your items were stained, smelly, damaged,, or out of style and were donated. Double check in good lighting and put things to the sniff test unless you are taking it out of dryer and putting on hanger before driving to RR. Brenda more

Questionable 10/28/2011

Well, this is the second time I have put items to consign. First time I got 10 cents out of my items: 2 Very expensive Bridesmaid gowns, Anne Klein, Ann Taylor, and about 2 bags of very nice clothing. This time....nothing yet after bringing in about 100 items or more with all name brand (Ralph Lauren, Justice, Ann Taylor, etc.). My childrens nice clothing never saw the racks. I won't be selling with them again! more

Round Robin Consignment 7/14/2011

I've shopped Round Robin for the past 10 years and I must say this store is awesome! I always find unique items at ridiculously low prices that I can't find anywhere else. The sales staff is very friendly and they have a huge selection of merchandise. You have to shop often because their inventory changes daily! The great thing is there are 4 locations so if I can't find something I'm looking for at one location, I move on to the next. more

Good: I love the selection, the way items are labeled, the set up, prices are great, quality great, color coded sales.... Bad: What has really gotten worse over the last couple of years, you have to understand I have been shopping here for many years, is the ladies that work here, they are almost rude, they act like I am a bother, and you can plainly see them keeping back the better things for themselves. I almost hate to shop at this particular Round Robin...Have recently (last week) found the mandarin RR , and it was a joy...will definitely be going back very soon...My Mom spent $80 the first time we went. Made us very Happy!!. Improvements: Alittle more of nice friendly sales people.... more

Clean carefully selected consignment... 9/14/2005

Round Robin has been in business for around 30 years in Orange Park. They carefully screen any clothing that comes into the shop and do not hesitate to reject items that are damaged even in slight ways. The racks are not overcrowded and easy to look through. Chidren's, Men's and Women's areas. Plenty of parking and usually not very crowded. The prices sometimes seem high for used clothing, but you get what you pay for, I guess. If you want to take things in, it's important to call ahead for an appointment. They do not permit drop-offs or walk-ins. more
