I have seen Dr. Stambuk and Dr. Machanic at this office. While I was initially impressed with Dr. Stambuk, he became quite angry with me when I pressed him about non-dr*g epilepsy treatments. Dr. Machanic took about 5 minutes out of his day to explain that I had a life-changing disorder, and then prescribed anti-epileptic dr*gs (AEDs). Later, he would not return my calls when horrific side-effects from AEDs were impacting my ability to work on the road. I was originally sent to see Dr. Round, if I remember correctly, but apparently, he was too busy to be taking new patients. I can understand why, if he is the only one in this office worth seeing. \r

The only way I would recommend this office for treatment of seizure disorders is if you are looking for a doctor who has extensive AED knowledge and isn't afraid to use you as a ginuea pig. If you're looking for an explanation of your diagnosis, extensive testing, education about your illness, some bedside manner, and treatment recommendations commensurate with your diagnosis, then I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Pros: Extensive AED knowledge
Cons: Bedside Manner, Lacked any Comprehnsive Diagnosis Methodology
