When our carpet was soaking wet in the basement, we called up Rotorooter and someone was there within 30 minutes. Raymond came out and was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and didn't just tell us the minimum- he offered all sorts of info that was very helpful to get our basement fixed. Highly recommend. more

Our drain backed up during the storms last week, and we had a power outage. They could not come while we had no power but as soon as it was back on the Roto rooter technician was at our house in 30 minutes. And an hour later he had our main drain and our floor drain cleaned out and fixed. He was very professional. Thank You! more

Great service. We phoned the office on a Saturday morning, the receptionist was very friendly . Service man Glen was out within a 2 hour window and we were up and going in no time. From start to finish this was a pain to have sewer back up, But a pleasure to have Roto-Rooter take care of everything quickly and we could get on with our busy day. Thanks more

Jon Arbogast was my elderly mother's service technician. We were given a 3 hour window 2pm-5pm. I got the call right at about 2 pm and they told me the tech was on his way. He unclogged the basement floor drain--and she was very, very happy. Jon was friendly and well-informed and he knew his job! Can not believe how awesome such a ""crappy"" experience could turn out awesome! Bryan #189-1990 was the best and a did a fabulous job. Extremely professional and wonderfully informative. Found out on a Sunday that my driveway drain was clogged with debris. After trying unsuccessfully to clear the drain on my own, I called Roto Rooter. I expected there would be no way that someone could come that day. I was wrong, a plumber was there within an hour! My driveway drain was cleared of debris within 1 hour after he arrived and 15 mins before the big rain came! I highly recommend these guys. They're professional and courteous and their prompt response saved me from potential water damage and a big mess. more

My sewer backed up in my basement one morning as I was getting ready for work. At the suggestion of a friend, I called Roto-Rooter in St. Charles. I called at 7:30 and they promised a plumber would be here within an hour. They arrived exactly in an hour. It took the technician just a few minutes to identify the problem and give me a reasonable quote. It took the technicians about an hour to finish. I was on my way to work by 10:00 a.m. I would use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them. The technicians were quick, efficient, polite and courteous. more

Roto-rooters plumbers 5/20/2012

I called up roto-rooters and they said they would be here at 3:30pm. At 1pm, I got a call informing me they would be at my home at 1:30pm. They showed up right on time and did an excellent job. It took them two hours but all the problems were fixed. very much appreciated! sincerely, Chris more

Ivan was very helpful, on a Sunday, mothers day no less he came and was very informative and helpful in fixing my drain, even after my son flushed the toilet with the pipe open, soaking him and the awful smell, he was still very nice! more

It was great!! They are able to give you small windows for time schedules. I also like how quickly the job was completed. You also get to use coupons that they provide online which Is great!!! Will call them again if needed. more

CLOGGED MAINLINE 4/24/2012

my drains were backing up and I had called several other companies, only to get a voicemail that they would call back shortly. It actually happened the next morning after I had called. Roto Rooter kept in touch with me, allowing me the decision to wait for the tech or cancel. I chose to wait and am glad I did. Bryan was very cordial and professional. Never met anyone who does his type of work so pleasant. He actually seemed to like his job/career chioce. Anyway, Bryan completed his job at my residence and gave me insight on how to prevent the problem in the future. Kudos to you Bryan, you are one smart guy.
