My sewer backed up in my basement one morning as I was getting ready for work. At the suggestion of a friend, I called Roto-Rooter in St. Charles. I called at 7:30 and they promised a plumber would be here within an hour. They arrived exactly in an hour. It took the technician just a few minutes to identify the problem and give me a reasonable quote. It took the technicians about an hour to finish. I was on my way to work by 10:00 a.m. I would use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them. The technicians were quick, efficient, polite and courteous.
