Prompt service, professional job 7/22/2011

Sewer line out to the street was clogged with roots. Greg was at the house within an hour and did a thorough cleaning of the pipe. He cleaned up after the job and was the most professional of the several services we have had do this work (8 times in 20 years). A little on the pricey side at $220, but close to what others are charging. Seems a very friendly and trusted type of a guy. I would have him do the work again if (when) we need it again. more

Absolutely Wonderful - Couldn't be better 7/7/2011

We have had the best experience with Roto-Rooter. Our first experience was several years ago when our sewer lines were blocked after a huge storm. They got to our home in a timely manner, and completely cleared the pipes out. They explained everything thoroughly and were great. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 06/18/11. What a relief! We have had a backup in our basement floor drain. Local competitor came out 5 times and could never seem to have the correct equipment on their truck nor could they fix, explain, locate the problem. Roto-Rooter Plumbers came out the same day, spent time asking questions about our problem and actually listened, then checked all water souces leading to outside before running a camera. They were able to show us inside and out the sources of the problem and gave us repair options and $$ amounts up front. Service was quick and effecient, and the techs were friendly and most of all experienced with real answers. Thanks for the awesome service! We will never use anyone else! more

We had Roto Rooter come to our house to have our pipes jetted. This is the second time that we have used them and they are great. It took a long time because there were so many roots but our technician Jason did not give up! He was great. Definately would use again! more

On Wednesday 3/30 we used the Roto-Rooter website to request an appointment between 8 AM and 12 Noon on Saturday 4/2. I received a follow-up phone call the next day, informing me that our appointment would be scheduled between 9 AM and 11 AM. At about 8:40 on Saturday morning, the service technician called to let me know he'd be arriving in an hour. As if on cue, at 9:40, he arrived and began work. I explained what was going on, and he already had a good idea of where to start. He made me feel completely welcome to either watch what he was doing or to just let him go about his business. It took a little time to get his equipment and get started, but in no time at all he had successfully resolved the clog. He was efficient, courteous, and professional. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again if I have another problem. more

wonderful 4/4/2011

When I discovered a wet basement with ""stuff"" floating I just had to sit down for a minute and sigh. Then I went on-line and decided I'd better get a someone here who could make my problem disappear. I found the Roto-rooters ad and phone number and made a call. I couldn't believe how quickly Gary got here. With a nice smile and friendly demeanor he put me at ease and sympathized with my predicament. Next thing I knew he fixed the problem, gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future and was on his way. What wonderful service! more

The Roto-Rooter phone was answered promptly, by a person who was courteous and helpful, and the person dispatched arrived as promised, within about an hour. He knew what he was doing, was soon joined by another person, and both worked until the job was done. They had the right equipment for the job, kept our basement clean during and after the job. There was no additional charge for an evening call. . more

When the guy got here to clear our shower drain, he was friendly and got right to work. It only took like 10 minutes for him to complete the entire job. I didn't have to wait around for like an hour with other companies. more

This is the second time they've been out to my home recently, for seperate issues, but both times I've had great service, friendly technicians (I had Ian this time), and resolved issues. Would highly reccomend them for plumming problems. They even give you a free sink cleanig solvent that worked great. more

I've been relying on them for 20 years. Always great service. Drain in basement overflowed when doing laundry. When Jason arrived he determined it wasn't the main drain as before. He worked until he found the problem. He also explained everything as he went along. I would recommend them to others. more

We had a main sewer line backup on the weekend and Roto Rooter was very easy to get a hold of. They set up an appointment on the spot and delivered over and above what they promised! I even used a coupon, from there website... on the weekend... I would recommend them without reservation to anyone. more

Job Well Done 2/28/2011

I've used Roto Rooter several times over the past ten years and will always call them first. Had a back up the other day, called at 7:30 AM, Jason was there by 8:30. Had more problems then in the past but he got it all done and was well worth it. more

Quick and friendly service 2/14/2011

I had a stopped up kitchen drain and made an appointment on line with Roto-Rooter for the afternoon. They called within minutes to confirm and set a more specific time. That was helpful to make sure I was home for the appointment. Jason was on time, friendly, gave me a clear understanding of the problem and help to make sure it didn't happen again. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to others and I would call them again. more
