Review for Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Srain Service 4/22/2012

I called Roto-Rooter of Grand Rapids because I feared I had a sewage problem in my basement. As it turned out, my lines were clear. I had to call on a Sunday and feared that I would have to pay an additional rate. Fortuanetely the plumber charged me the regular rate and discovered no problems. I was very happy with the quick response of Roto-Rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/17/2012

The Roto-Rooter Plumbers are great. They came out the same day we called to fix our Bathroom Clog. After he left we realized something still wasn't working correctly called them right up and he came back out first thing in the morning. It is so nice to have a company in the Greater Grand Rapids area who truly care about your needs and makes sure the Job is done correctly. Thanks Roto-Rooter Plumbers! more

Roto-Rooter Business 3/4/2012

I had a major plumbing problem in my kitchen and called Roto Rooter. They came out the SAME day within a couple hours. I was very pleased with the knowledge the plumber had. He talked to me as if he cared and wasn't gonna pull the 'wool over my eyes' like most businesses do if your a woman (as they suspect your know nothing). My kitchen sink was repaired within a 1/2 hour! Thank you Roto-Rooter! :) more

We had a leak in our kitchen sink. Very satisfied with the service received. They were on time, very knowledgeable and friendly, and offered different options and different price ranges to fix the sink. We received a new faucet that day. Very quick and efficient. I would recommend them and i will use them if needed in the future. They are my go to plumber in the grand rapids area. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2-7-12 2/7/2012

After trying every DIY trick I could find on Google to clear our clogged bathroom sink I finally gave up and call a plumber. The first one I called could not get to us until Friday (this was Tuesday) and seemed very pricey. I then called Roto-Rooter who was able to get to us that day and was much more reasonably priced. They came out and tried everything to get to the clog but because our house was old and the pluming made several twist and turns he could not get to it using an auger through the drain. He said we may need to go through the wall but he wanted to check the roof first to see if there was a vent he could try to go through. He was able to get to it that way and avoid cutting a hole in our wall! Who knew you could unclog a drain from the roof! I was very happy with the quick response time, the knowledge of the plumber and the cost was very reasonable. I will most definitely use them again if I am unlucky enough to need to call a plumber in the future! more

Needed a plumber and they were the only ones that could come the same day. Tech was very knowlegeable and got the job done in about 30 min. He got the blockage and continued to clear the whole pipe. good job. Will definitely call these guys from Grand Rapids again. more

Quick quiet excellent plumbers 2/4/2012

Roto rooter reponded to our late night cry for help in a very quiet manner. They fixed the DYI gone wrong extremely quick. My children were asleep in the next room and did not even know anyone had been there. They were also very affordable. I will call them for any and all plumbing needs in the future. more

We recently moved into our home, and found the basement drain had backed up. We needed to find a plumber in Grand Rapids, so we called Roto-Rooter. I set up the appointment online, and was called back within 30 minutes. The service was fast, fair and professional. I found a plumber for all our future needs in our new community. more

Great Plumber in Grand Rapids 1/9/2012

They were great. We needed to have our water meter replaced. I wasn't sure who to call but I decided to go with a trusted brand name and a plumber from Grand Rapids. They took care of everything including scheduling the City of Grand Rapids to come out and set the meter after the plumbing was modified to fit the larger water meter. Very helpful and reasonable priced. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers January 2, 2012 1/2/2012

New Year's holiday weekend and we needed a plumber for our home in Grand Rapids to fix a clogged main drain. I was concerned about it being a holiday weekend, but didn't have a choice since we had water backing up in the basement. Roto-Rooter was on site within 2 hours and fixed the problem right away! Price was extremely reasonable and the service was spot on. Hoping it won't be needed any time soon, but if i do need another emergency service, I would not hesitate to call them again. I think it was George (# 88) who helped us. Sorry I didn't confirm his name, but he was great very helpful and explained what he was doing and what to look for in the future. Thanks guys! more

I called Roto Rooter to inquire about the service and an approximate price. I was provided this information and when I asked for an appointment someone came within 2 hours. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, worked quickly, and in no time at all the lines were cleared and other needed work was completed. I would highly recommend Matt and Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs. more
