I called RotoRooter as soon as we heard that gurgling sound in our basement drain. We had used them back in 2009. Bill S.tech#2986 arrived right on time. He evaluated our situation and explained that he believed we did need our master drain rodded. He gave us a firm quote of $435 but was happy to apply the $40 coupon I had found online. In short, Bill S. was the ultimate professional (thorough and meticulous). He exceeded the excellent service we had back in 2009 and we will definitely use them and ask for Bill S. specifically in the future. more

Called Roto-Rooter for a kitchen drain problem on a holiday and it was no problem. The technician even called to see if they could come earlier than originally scheduled. The problem was handled quickly and efficiently and technician was very professional and friendly. I would certainly call them for another plumbing issue at our house and recommend them as well. more
