Thank you Roto-Rooter for your quick and honest response. I had a gas leak at my house. I first tried to hire a ""local"" plumber, after many calls to change the time and up the price he was expecting I finally called Roto-Rooter. Your plumber, Jacob, arrived on time and gave me a quick estimate that he stood by and explained my options completely. Thanks again Roto-Rooter and especially Jacob for your professionalism and the peace of mind that you have given me. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Jan.7,2015\r I had one of the best experiences that started out very badly. Had a bad stop-up and couldn't do anything in the house. The gentleman came out and ran a snake from the clean out to the road which did no good and said it was probaly the city and not us. I called the city which came out and verified it was not them. Called back to Roto-Rooter and they came back out with hydro jet power washer and within 15 minutes the clog was cleared. Instead of charging two separate fees they combined the two calls and only charged me one amount. They have my business from now on. Thanks so much, N. Wilson more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 09DEC2014\r \r The plumber team arrived fairly quickly from Galveston, he forgot some tools but even then the service only took an hour and he seemed to know a lot about his trade. A little pricey but you pay for what you get. more

i love the roto-rootor service that was provided at my house, they where honest unlike most companys like John Moore, the prices were fair and the service tech Chris worked well into the night to ensure my water was reconnected,i will never call any other company but Roto-rootor, thanks great job more

Swift, polite, professional same day service. We did not expect to have the problem resolved in one day but it was. Very happy with Roto-Rooter plumbing service here in Dickinson, TX. Chris was our service technician and he did a wonderful job. The job was done fast and accurate and he left the area clean and neat as well. Even the telephone receptionist that handled our service appointment was sweet! I HIGHLY recommend and would not hesitate to call again for any plumbing concerns. more

We had a crushed sewer pipe in need of swift repair. There was a bit of a hiccup on their part coordinating the work to be done, but they were able to remedy the coordination issue on their end and send out a pair of plumbers after hours to make sure we had our plumbing up and running on the same day as work started. They were able to get us into their schedule quickly and their service men were courteous. The price seemed a bit high for the job, but we didn't really have a chance to price check around so I can't say for sure on that point. We would probably use them again if we needed a good plumbing service in a pinch. They did good work and their customer service was excellent. more

I needed the sewer line from the house to the city hook up replacedat my rental property in Friendswood. Roto-Rooter came out at the exact time they said they would be there, gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to begin the project bright and early the next day.\r \r The project was completed in one day, my yard was put back together and every thing in the house worked perfectly. \r \r Let me add that the plumber fixed a couple of other things in the house while he was waiting for the 'guys' to dig the trench. I am most appreciative of his going the extra mile. Doing work ABOVE AND BEYOND. more

We have owned our home in the Galveston area for over 8 years now and have frequently needed to call on Roto-Rooter for various issues. They are always on-time, professional, helpful, and provide all possible options. I also like that they give the homeowner the options, recommendations, and advice, but are not pushy as to what decision needs to be made. The plumber or technician has also has also given us helpful advice on how to prevent future issues and always answers all questions. They are the only plumber I will use and I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Plumbing and Drain 12/28/2011

Even though this work was done during the week between Christmas and New Year. The Plumber was efficient finding the problem, giving advice on options, but leaving decisions up to customer, he was on time and came to our home twice-each time to start and finish what he said needed doing. We are very satisfied with technician #42. more

In Galveston County: Very friendly service from the first call to setup the appointment through the entire plumbing repair. The plumber did a great job taking care of what needed to be fixed, cleaning up afterwards & explaining everything along the way. He arrived at the scheduled time, with a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. I would definately use them again if I ever have any other plumbing problems. more
