March 19,2015\r \r Ryan McKenzie came out today to fix a broken pipe...It was a big job due to the fact that the pipe was located behind our cabinets. He was on time, very professional and did a great job! He even cleaned up the mess! I would highly recommend Ryan and Roto-Rooter.\r \r Sherrie more

Adrian, Brandon & Jose did a fantastic job on my sewer line. Even though I did not have a problem at this time I was advised to replace the line as it ran under a driveway that I was having replaced. I was given a quote to pipe burst my old line and Adrian,Brandon & Jose showed up the next day. Brandon & Jose worked till well after dark to get the job done. We ran into several issues that were handled in a professional manner and at no extra costs to my quote. I was told a quote is a quote. I would highly recommend to anyone. more

We have had an ongoing issue with drains backing up in our house. We called Roto-Rooter and Todd was quick to assess the problem. The next day, Adrian, a camera specialist was able to confirm Todd's evaluation that outside pipes needed to be replaced. Rubin was able to complete the job on the very same day. He arrived 11 am and did not stop until the job was complete which was almost 6 pm and very dark. Yes, it was costly but we were given a substantial guarantee. Thanks to the hard working men and women of Roto-Rooter. I would be happy to recommend your professionalism and quality of work to anyone. Thank you! more

Highly recommended! They sent a plumber (Phil) to our condo on a holiday to help fix the low water pressure in our sink. Phil was very knowledgeable and quickly determined the root cause of our water flow issue. He went above and beyond, even taking the time to give us plumbing advice on what to look for when we buy our next house (we are in the process of moving). Great service at a great price! more

I was working on my outside faucet and broke the pipe off in the wall, it was 6:45pm and I had to get it fixed asap. So my first thought was to call Roto Rooter. They were very friendly on the phone and sent Steve White out that night. He was determened to fix the problem. He stayed until 1:30 AM in the morning to make sure the job was done. He cleaned up the work area well. I would highly recomend Roto Rooter in Lakewood anytime. more

My husband had trouble putting in our garbage disposal. Two guys were at our home in about 2 hours. Steve was kind of rude in how he discussed the kind of disposal we had, but he did excellent work nonetheless. The job took them a lot longer than I expected, but they did good work. more

Toilet was clogged. Called at 8:00 am and had a Service Tech at my home by 9:00 am. Wow! They were here around an hour or so and cleared a clog in both upstairs bathroom toilets. Steve and Gerald were very polite, professional and got the job done quickly! I would definately use Roto-Rooter again. Thanks for a job well don. more

Tub needed pipes cleared. I tried 3 different hair and other solvents, then ran a snake down the pipe, still no good. Called Roto-Rooter and a service tech named Miles came out. Very polite, very efficient, got the job done at very reasonable cost. He even offered suggestions for future maintenance. Very happy! more

Came home on a Friday afternoon and found a leak in relatively new plumbing. Contacted the original installer but they were not able to come out. Contacted Roto-Rooter and the dispatcher said it would be about 2-3 hrs. Chad was out in just over an hour. He clearly understood the Wirsbo piping system I had and fixed the leaks caused by a rat that had chewed through three (3) places. Chad was very thorough and checked the balance of the lines for any leaks. Roto-Rooter of Tacoma will be my plumbing and drain choice for any future service(s) needed. more

This is my first experience hiring a plumber and Roto Rooter made my experience so awesome. I love my guy, Chad Stump. Roto-Rooter was there in an half hour. He listened to my distressful plea for help and went right to it. He was humorous which eased my stress and most of all, he did an awesome job. I can go on and on about how great he his. Anyone who I know who needs plumbing will get an earful of great things about Roto Rooter's CHAD STUMP! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11-13-2012 were called to unplug a clog in our rental house. There was a plumber out to the house w/in the 2 hour time frame I was allotted and the clog was fixed w/in 30 min of the plumber arriving at the house. Extremely satisfied with the service and the 6 month work guarantee. Would recommend this company to anyone! more

The project turned out to be more complicated than a normal install because of the old piping in the house. My plumber, Chad, was extremely knowledgable and friendly.
