Best

Antonio Garcia was very friendly, professional and experienced. He left everything clean and neat. Quick response. Very satisfied.

Worst

Technician Marvin was great, however $300 is too high for cleaning out a drain. would not recommend or use this company again.

Roto-Rooter of Livonia 4/4/2012

I must admit that Roto-Roto is a little pricey, but you must remember...you get what you pay for! If you can get past the 'know it all office staff' this is the place to go for your plumbing needs. Ask for Brain Nichols. This kid is the best and seems very knowlegable when it comes to his job. Super plumber. more

Rotor-Rooter was great! The gentlemen by the name of Gary D. help me out tremendously. I let him not exactly the problem I was having and he new the solution right away. He even made suggestions that would help improve our basement washer tub set up, but I let him know that tho it did sound like a great deal, we needed electrical work done as well. Everything we asked him do do for to get us running they way we needed, he did that for us and we thank Rotor-Rotor for sending someone knowledgable and understanding at the same time. Also, the Rotor-Rotor Pipe Shield he recommended to us help make all the drains in the house go down a whole lot faster. Not only do I recommend Rotor-Rooter, but I also recommend Gary D. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/12/11 3/20/2011

We recently had a problem with pooled water around our basement drain, and called Roto-Rooter to come take a look. They came, said they could snake it but it would be more worthwhile just to hydroflush instead (an increase from $300 to $600 for hydroflushing). They returned the following day, hydroflushed the drain, they told me (a young, female, new homeowner) that we had a hole in our pipes proximal to our septic tank, and that it would cost $3500 for them to fix it. They offered to return the next day to fix it, but my husband and I opted to have a second plumber take a look. A second, and then third, plumber took a look at our pipes (using a camera) and told us there was nothing wrong with it - the hole was actually another pipe used to pump out near the septic tank, and that the initial plumbers (from Roto-Rooter) probably knew that. Additionally, we learned that we were overcharged for the services Roto-Rooter did provide.\r \r Needless to say, we saved over $3000 by getting a seco more
