I called Roto-Rooter on the Fourth of July due to a plumbing problem that caused us to not have any water. I had been trying to fix the problem for about five hours until I finally decided to throw in the towel and call for help. On a holiday I thought I may not even find anyone to come out. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out a technician named Shawn within one hour. He was professional, and knew what he was doing. Shawn is awesome and I will recommend him to anyone I know that needs plumbing services. Thanks! more

Service Date 5-13-2011 5/13/2011

I called Roto-Rooter on Thursday and arranged to have someone come out to my home on Friday afternoon. Shawn Prunty was my technician and we both arrived at my home at the same time. Shawn is a very personable and pleasant individual. We chated for a bit and then discussed what my issues are. I thought it might be an airflow problem and Shawn though clogged drain around the tub area. Shawn was correct. He took care of my clogged drain and with the age of my home told me what I needed to keep my drains clear of sludge and other ugly stuff. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and will tell them to ask for Shawn! more

Rotor-Rooter Plumbers - Service date 5-06-2011 5/6/2011

Called Rotor-Rooter around 10:00am and less than an hour, a technician named Shawn showed up at my front door. Shawn was very professional and knowlegeable about the problem we had. He started identifying and fixed our problem quickly. I dealt with lots of contractors in the past and rotor-rooter really restored my belief that at least there is one good contractor out there. Rotor-rooter does respect valued customers by showing up as quickly as it could and taking care of the problem in a professional manner. Thanks Rotor-Rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Service Jan. 24, 2010 1/27/2010

Called at 1pm and was told they'd send someone between 2 and 4. Gentleman arrived around 2:45 or so. Was very knowledgeable about the sewer systems in my home and neighborhood, as my home is close to 70 years old. Did a good job, quickly and was very pleasant to deal with.
