Great Service 11/3/2011

I was very pleased with how fast Roto-Rooter was to get out to my house and fix my drain problem. My technician explained to me what was causing my problems and gave me tips on how to prevent future buildup in my pipes. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and I will continue to use them. From scheduling an appointment to the service at my house, Roto-Rooter was great. more

I have called Roto-Rooter for several years for all my plumbing needs. Today was no different. I knew that I would need a plumber when there was no hot water. They were very responsive to my needs. Unfortunately there were numerous issues that needed addressed as the last company that put in the other hot water tank did not do the job properly. The technician fixed all the problems and made sure that everything was up to code. If anyone in Columbus, OH ever needs plumbing work done, Roto-Rooter is the place to call. more

Great Service 10/24/2011

It is rewarding to know that when you call this company when in need you will get a prompt reply. I had to use them twice this year. I had a water leak on the out side of the house foundaton The city of Columbus Oh. gave me 6 days to get it fixed I called plumbing places and they didn't anser ther phones or they didn't do that kind of work. I called Roto-Rooter and I had a rep out here in about 1 hr. the job was done the next day. When I was having trouble replacing my kitchen faucet I didn't want to delay so I called and 2hrs. later the work was done and over with. Good work more

They came in a timely manner. They quickly evaluated the situation and proposed a solution. They were willing to leave at no cost if we felt like we could do the job or did not like the estimate. They finished the work within the estimated time. Shawn was very professional. more

Root-Rooter Plumbers 10-06-11 10/7/2011

We had the Roto Rooters plumbers out to the house to unclog our laundry room drain. They got the roots out and declogged the drain. Great work! more

Once I made the call for Roto-Rooter they told me 45 minutes til arrival. They were actually 10 minutes early. I want to say that Jeff from Roto-Rooter was excellent! When he arrived he looked professional and carried himself very professionally. He was able to determine what was wrong within 3 minutes of arrival. Once he started it took roughly about 30 minutes and I was back in business. Once he was finished he explained to me the things that I need to do to help maintain a good clean main-line. I couldn't be more happy for calling Roto-Rooter for there service. They were top notch from start to finish. more

I called Roto-Rooter, in Columbus, OH, due to a clogged kitchen sink. We'd tried to snake the pipe ourselves, but had no luck. The manager called back quickly and gave me a choice of times for the plumber to come out. We chose the next day. Ray arrived early, after confirming that an early arrival was ok. He gave me an estimate and quickly got to work unclogging the pipe. He made an effort to avoid tracking dirt on the carpets, and was even very friendly toward my pets. The sink has worked great since and he shared some tips for keeping the pipes working smoothly. I would use them again next time I need a plumber. more

I contacted Roto Rooter in the afternoon and someone called within a few minutes and sent a plumber in 20 minutes. Ray took extra time to repair the problem and also gave me the estimated cost upfront. I appreciated the hard work and time he took without a complaint in order to complete the job. I would definitely use this company again and refer to others. more

We had a clogged bathroom sink and had tried to unclog it ourselves with no luck. We had used Roto-Rooter of Columbus, Ohio in the past for various plumbing needs so I quickly called them and explained the situation. I was told they would have someone to our house within a couple of hours. It was such a quick response!! The plumber was very knowledgable and helpful and went above and beyond what I had expected. Within 30 minutes, the clog was gone and I was extremely happy! We will only use Roto-Rooter of Columbus for all of our plumbing issues! more

After-Hours Heroes! (Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/25/11) 8/31/2011

After 3 days of rainstorms, I discovered my sump pump had broken. My basement was flooded with water that had pushed its way in through any crack it could find in the basement. I had house guests flying in from out of state in just a matter of hours, and needed the problem fixed fast! I called Roto-Rooter of Columbus Ohio who treated my problem like a top priority, quickly dispatching a plumber even though it was already 9 PM. He showed up within 30 minutes and went right to work. By 10 PM the new sump pump was in, the residual water underneath the house was quickly draining, and he even took the time to advise us on how we could eliminate the standing water in the basement and address the cracks that he saw in our foundation. He was friendly, fast, efficient, and even allowed me to use an online coupon without printing it out. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter of Columbus Ohio again. Technician #1262 you are amazing! more

Best plumbing service I ever needed 8/25/2011

Graig #1969 was the best serviceman I have ever met. He rates a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being highest in approval. he was prompt in solving the problem of no water in the house, highly skilled and extremely courteous even after working over 3 hours on the problem. This man is a very good asset to your company. Roto-Rooter and Graig #1969 will be my first call on any future plumbing needs. more

Our main drain line decided to yet again back up into our basement. We called Roto-Rooter to save the day and indeed they did!! Not only did they show up within 1 hour, it only took the guy 45 mins to fix. The plumber, Chad was very nice during the entire visit. Would recommend this company to everyone!! They made this awful/dreadful situation much more pleasant. THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!!!!! more

They were there when I needed them 8/22/2011

Plumber Columbus, Ohio***My shower decided to commit suicide because of the Kardashian wedding, and as a result I needed to get it fixed as quickly as possible. I called Roto Rooter, and not only did they come out on a Sunday, they also gave me update calls when the plumber, Jeff, was stuck on another job. He could not fix it the night he came out due to it needing older parts, but did everything he could and made a number of calls to try to obtain the part that evening. Undaunted, he was able to obtain the part the next morning by hunting around for it in several locations (again, old part) and everything was fixed by just after lunchtime the next day. Jeff S, # 2676, was great. He knew his stuff, was a great communicator, and kept me informed. The price was fair as well. Overall, I was very satisfied! Thank you Jeff, and thank you Roto Rooter! I really appreciate the help! more

Excellent Service! 8/19/2011

Called a local drain repair service where I live, and no one call me back, so I called Roto Rooter. I called Roto Rooter at 4pm one evening and they had a scheduled technician the very next morning to fix a tub drain clog at our rental apartment. Showed up on time, was polite, gave an estimate, cleaned up the mess, and was out in lesson than a half hour. Highly recommend this company! more

Excellent Service! 8/12/2011

Contacted other plumbers who only wanted to come out and look and not actually fix anything. Went online and scheduled a plumber from the Columbus OH office and he showed up right on time. Assessed the problem, came up with a solution and had everything fixed and cleaned up within a half hour. Great service and very friendly to deal with. more
