Sewer Backup in Kenmore 11/17/2010

My sewer backed up into my laundry tub on 11/15. I called Roto-Rooter and they were will to work with my work schedule to find me an appointment on 11/15. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. The technician that completed the work for me name is Jonathan. He explained the entire process prior to starting and answered all my questions. There is also a coupon on their website for $30 off any service. Great job. more

Sewer backup in Akron! 10/2/2010

Our sewer backed up last Sunday 9/26/10 and we called roto-Rooter because of their speedy response time! The serviceman was at our house in Akron in an hour. He cleaned out the line explaining what he was doing each step of the way and even let me view the cleaned line via the fiber-optic cable/camera device! He told me about a new product called "RootX" that will probably eliminate this annual problem of clogging tree roots invading our pipelines! Great job Roto-Rooter! more

Called after 6:00PM and still got service same night. Guys came towards end of shift and even though it took an hour to finish they were both friendly and informative. Explained everything about what they were doing and where all the problems they were encountering were. Excellent Customer Service more

We had an emergency issue with a sewage back up in our basement on the weekend. Roto Rooter was quick to respond and fixed the problem for us. The service person, Brian, was very courteous and polite. He took the time to explain the nature of the problem and answer our questions.
