My pipes were clogged in the new house I purchased. Clogged with some nasty grease. I think the previous owners used to dump oil down the drain or something. We called Roto-Rooter, and the guy was very professional. He water-jetted the pipe (which can create a mess) but he went the extra mile to help me clean up the mess (and mitigate it.) I usually don't like to use chains or franchises but I'm glad I used them for this job. Pros: Friendly, clean service Cons: Not any when I used them more
