My Sewer main line was clogged Today I called Roto rooter and was set up with Technician named Jenner. He was very knowlageable, and very good at his job. Because of his job well done we will have no problem calling roto rooter for any of our plumbing needs ! more

The technician was prompt, courteous and very hardworking, on a job that had evidently turned into more than was anticipated. more

Requested appoinment online and in ten minutes I got a call saying they were on their way. Being that it was Sunday, I was surprised as to the really rapid response. Two technicians showed up and in ten minutes they unclogged by garbage disposal and kitchen sink. They wrote up the order and I gave them the online coupon I found on their website and it saved me $40. They put the competition to shame. This is what excellent customer service looks like. more

My main sewer had back up, it was the third time in four months, in the 15 years that I owned this house it had never happened before, the companys I called before, just uncloged the sewer and left, Juan, the plumber from Roto-Rooter, explained why trhis happened, gave me some tips, and made sure that what cause this back up, was fixed right. PLUMBER 3/10/11I call on saturday fifth came out for the pricing of job. we did request to get the job done. they were here did a great job. the plumber had to put up with my daycare job of children yelling over his head thru out the day. on the day he did this job which require outside work and digging in basement for the sump pump did so in the rain with out any complains about it. they work until the job was done. they clean up after the job. The plumbers were pleasant, understanding, and respectful to us. the job was done to our satifactory. they even when one step more and put an drain in basement for us. they did this with out increasing the cost quote to us on the 3/5/11 plumber from weehawken 11 hudson place we will also call roto rooter they come out when you ask give a quote with out any cost for this. they will come out for an emergency as soon as possible weather weekend or holiday. great job from us more

From the moment we spoke to the dispatcher/appointment taker, we have been really happy that we called Roto-Rooter this week because we had two earlier backups that just weren’t being solved with a plunger. E.J. came, right on schedule at our convenience, to make sure that everything for the commode was working well, and cleaned the fresh water jets to improve the system. He then gave us some excellent advice about updating the innards of the toilet, and we are happy that the new system he installed (at a discount for two systems!) will be more efficient, especially where water saving is concerned. E.J. could not have been nicer; what we appreciated most about the experience was not only the professionalism and kind manner of this Roto-Rooter service man, but also the updates he gave us as he was working in both of our bathrooms. My plumber/technician Patrick was great! He showed me everything and explained in understandable terms what and why he was doing what needed to be done. It was the least-stressful plumbing experience I've had. We had previously used 2 other companies and they couldn't find the problem, seemed lazy and recommended unnecessary work for a crazy amount of money. Roto-Rooter in Weehawken came and knew exactly what to do in seconds,went above and beyond to get it done and the problem was solved for a reasonable price and in half the time.
