I'm glad I called Roto-Rooter! 10/3/2011

I called Roto-Rooter about 11:00 at night because of problems with the drain in my shower and bathroom sink. The receptionist was very nice and she siad someone would be there in about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised when the plumber came in about 30 minutes. He was polite and professional and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He worked hard and even though he had to take some extra steps to fix the problem, he did and was very proficient. What would have taken a shorter amount of time took longer and he stayed about 3 hours and completed the job. I was very pleased and would consider using Roto-Rooter for future services. more
