I called at 10:30 in the morning about our backed-up floor drain and by 11:45 we were back in business. They sent Mike who was efficient and very professional. We've only used them in an emergency, but they always do a nice job and we have peace of mind knowing it will be taken care of quickly. more

Great drain service 10/4/2011

I called Roto-Rooter for a stopped up floor drain and they were able to be there in 2 hours as promised. They have worked for both my mother and sister in the past with the same results. I highly recommend calling them the next time you have problem. more

Roto-Rooter Met Expectations 6/20/2010

My experience with Roto-Rooter has always been good. They always arrive as scheduled and are very professional. They always explain what they will do to solve your problem, then expain exactly what they did. Also, they let you know what to watch for in the future relative to having problems again. Pros: arrived as scheduled, worked hard to solve problem Cons: took longer than anticipated more
