I had a clog in the main drain of the house eariler this month. Bob and his assistant were nice, courteous and cleared the clog quickly and with no mess. My problem was with the follow-up. Bob told me to get in touch with Richard to get his camera line out to have a look at the drain later, since it was too late for him to come out that night (it's part of the service, I was told). I paid up. Apparently a big mistake. Richard (the camera guy) made an appointment with me, for which I had to leave late for work. He didn't show. Called 30 minutes late to say he was "stuck in traffic" and would need to reschedule. Ok, I thought, it happens, let's just make another appt. the next week. Did so. Took the whole day off work to meet him and do some other things, and his assistant shows up at 10, at which point I wasn't home, of course, because the appointment was for between 1-2 p.m., not 10 a.m! Call him back, angry, asking if he's planning on coming out at all? He gets testy, and says I have no idea how busy he is (like that matters, when he's already missed two appointments) and informs me we'll have to reschedule again. I blew a gasket, and i'm ashamed to say i told him exactly what I thought of his MO, and hung up. Initially rated one star because of this.
UPDATE: My wife took this over and called the main office after I said I was done with them, and they sent a different guy out the next morning (saturday) with the camera snake. Then the main office followed up to see that it was done. The rude and disrespectful treatment from Richard still smarts, but I'll upgrade them to a three star because everyone else besides Richard handled our situation with professionalism and class.
