I used Roto-Rooter on a new year day to clear the sewer line in the house to solve a clogging problem. The service was prompt and the techs were friendly. I would use Roto-Rooter again. more

I have used Roto Rooter in the past and been completely satisfied. This time I was a bit disappointed. I received a phone call at 12:30 PM stating that the technician would be there at 1PM. He showed up at 1:30. The tech was difficult to understand and when I asked questions all he did was grin. I also felt that the pricing was high. He was there for 1 hour and 10 minutes and charged me $309. Unfortunately, after I called Roto Rooter I discovered many adds for plumbers in my phone book with discounted prices. I'll have to research plumbers better next time. more
