Clogged drain 1/10/2012

For several months the drain for our clothes washer was backing up into the bathroom sink and overflowing on the floor. I finally call Roto Rooter and the next day Dan showed up and started cleaning our drain. We determined there was a damaged pipe, so I repaired the damaged and had Dan come back the next day. Within minutes the drain was working as if it were brand new. Dan and the dispatcher I talked to were very professional, I will only call Them when I have a drain issues. Ticket # 25-16524208 more

ROTO-ROOTERS 11/28/2011

Thanksgiving morning all our drains were backing up into the bath tub! I called first thing Friday morning at 8:30 and the plumber was there in two hours. Dan was friendly and quick. Thank you. Ticket # 25-16467334 more

We called them Saturday morning at 9:30 AM they were here at 11:30 AM the same day. Totally unplugged the main drain and explained everything he was doing, was very polite and patient. Would definately recommend Roto-Rooter. Thank you Ticket # 25-16469159 Lockport more

Mark Dennis was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind and exhibited real patience with all the questions I asked. (Invoice # 16467919) He was detailed in his explanation and gave very valid tips to help us take preventative measures for the future. His price quoted for the job was spot on. Though dispatch service was not idea the Marks efforts made up for it. If I need future assistance I will request Mark specifically. more

Fast and for the promised price 4/21/2011

I called the local Lockport number for service, and the guys were at my house in less than an hour. They worked hard to clear my drain, and did it for the quoted price. I will never call another plumber - Roto Rooter are my guys! more

We had a horrible backup into our bathtub early morning, Decided we had to call a plumber and dialed Roto-Rooter whom we had never used before. The woman who answered the phone, I wish I could remember her name, was both friendly and professional. Appt was set up for that morning. I was kept informed via email and a phone call. Joe the plumber was also very helpful informative and resolved our problem quickly. Needless to say I was very impreseed with both the initial customer service call and Joe and partner. more

Roto-Rooter truly saved our house. They came out to fix an overflowing in our laundry in a house we just purchased. They came out immediately and cleared all the pipes. The customer service was outstanding and Joe our plumber was honest and helpful. Not only did they get our house back up and running but they came out on a Sunday without charging a ridiculous weekend fee. more

Joliet - Repaired Bathroom 3/16/2011

Roto-Rooter came out to fix an overflowing toilet that was happening when no one was home. The plumber came out immediately and flushed out the pipes. They made sure everything was cleaned and the tech was very helpful. When I called the offie their customer service was outstanding and very helpful. Thank you Roto Rooter, you awesome. more
