Home Saver! 5/7/2012

Woke up Sat morning to water flowing out of the drains in the basement, so needless to say we needed a plumber. This has happened once before when we first moved into the house, little did we know that living in such an old area, roots grow underground and stop up old pipes pushing water back. Roto-Rooter has been around for years and they have such good brand awareness and advertising, they were the first plumbing company we thought of, so we called them. The plumber was there in about 1 hour, so we had to manage the water ourseves for awhile. Our service man was very nice, professional and efficient. We will use Roto-Rooter Indianapolis again! more

Roto-Rooter Plumber 2/25/12 2/26/2012

I had to call a plumber for my slow flowing toilet on a Saturday morning in Indianapolis. Roto-Rooter has been around for years and my parents had used them in the past, so I called them. The plumber was there in about 1-2 hours. He evaluated the situation. Told me the cost and had completed the job within a couple hours. I would call them again! more

Great Service by Roto-Rooter February 5, 2012 2/9/2012

With a house full of people on Super Bowl weekend in Indianapolis I discovered all of my drains were clogged and I was in desperate need of a plumber.. I discovered this around 10 pm on Saturday. Called Roto-Rooter Sunday morning and they arrived at my house less than 2 hours later. No one finds it pleasant to have this situation, but Roto-Rooter made it more pleasant than I thought. They provided advice on how to prevent the issue in the future and have called to schedule a complimentary follow up to inspect with a camera to insure the issue is completely resolved. Roto-Rooter is the best 1/21/2012

I recently found that the trees in the front yard had clogged the drain in the house. Roto-rooter came out quickly, identified the problem and had the house back to functional in no time. THe entire sewer pipe had to be replaced. The workers wer informative, courteous and kept me informed the entire time. Roto-Rooter made all of the arangements for marking the utilities and the inspection. SThe yard was cleaned up when they finished and all is well. more

Wonderful 12/24/2011

Here it was 2 days before chrismas we needed all a new drain Roto Rooter came to are rescue. They where very nice people got the job done in a few hour thank god we had a Christmas party and they saved the day. Nate was so nice he let us know the whole time what was going on thank you Roto Rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/3/11 12/4/2011

I was impressed with the quality of service that I received. I was replacing an old utititly sink which was probably the original from 1959. It was quite a task to remove because it was made out of concrete. It has to be busted up in pieces and carried up the basement stairs. That was quite a chore. No one prior to Roto-Rooter wanted to perform this task. It was successfully removed and I am happy with the new one. What a relief to once again have a utitlity sink with working running water. I would like give the repair man (Kyle Dildine) koodos for a job well done. express more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/16/11 11/16/2011

Twice per year we need to have our bathroom drain cleared. We have used many different plumbers. This time we chose Roto-Rooter of Indianapolis. After fighting with a very stubborn drain, the plumber, Tim, cleared the drain with a smile. It was nice to see someone who enjoyed their job regardless of how messy it got. Plus he was able to get started within an hour of calling the office. All in all a great experience tonight. Thanks! more

Smiling Again 10/18/2011

I just moved here from Hawaii a week ago living with family and we started having plumbing problems, my dad and his wife were saying that they never had this problem before so of course I was to blame. Well my step mom finally called Roto-Rooter to come out and fix our problem and within an hour Frank 86 came and figured out what was wrong with our backed up drain he told my dad it was from a clog of tampons how embarassing and it only took him a matter of minutes to determine this, so my dad comes and tells me not to flush tampons down anymore because it's clogging the drain and yes of course Frank confirmed this so I guess I was to blame after all Thanks Frank for fixing our problem!!!! more

most professional plumber 10/16/2011

We called at 6:00 on a saturday night and they were able to be in our home and repairing the problem within the hour. The tech. was polite, professional and explained what he found and how to fix it. Also that we would be getting a call for a follow up. he gave us a price and a time to get done and then cleaned up the mess. We will call them again more

Called Roto-rooter on 10/5/11 and repairman was at my house in about 30 minutes. Didn't waste any of my time, told me what he could do and the cost; then got to work. Fixed our problem and cleaned up better than when he started. We've used roto-rooter before and this past service call confirmed that we will always call them first when we need oplumbing work done. My thanks to plumber Tim and roto-rooter. more

On Time every time! 9/23/2011

we have an older home, and our toilet was leaking into our downstairs bathroom. the plumbers we've called to check it out have been on time each time they've come out! And, when the first few guys came, they gave some info on how we can save money by doing work ourselves, and did not charge for a service call! more

Friendly and professional plumbers! 9/7/2011

We called Roto-Rooter out to our home on the south side of Indianapolis because we were having problems with our bathtub and sink draining. We have an odd septic system here, and it was very difficult identifying the problem due to this. Roto-Rooter did not give up! They worked very hard to help us find our problem and correct it. Continued Good Service 9/7/2011

This is the third time we have used RotoRooter for different plumbing problems within the last year. All three times, the technicians has been very helpful and informative. They disclose the price prior to the service which is very appreciated. Also, with the employee today, he was espeically attentive to the cleanliness of his work. I had a plumber come out to my house on Labor Day and he solved all of my plumbing issues. I was very grateful to have a wonderful service here in Indianapolis. I appreciated Mike from Roto-Rooter more than he knows. I was given advice from someone else to use Roto-Rooter and I'm glad I took advantage. Very Helpful & Honest 9/5/2011

I own an older home in Broad Ripple and have known for a while that the beautiful maple tree in the front yard was wrecking havoc on my drain system. I called them this morning, a holiday, after the toilet would not drain and they arrived within a few hours. The service men were very friendly, gave me different options and cleaned up afterwards (by clean up I mean he actually mopped my basement floor!). I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. more
