Woke up on a Saturday morning to find the main drain line completely stopped. Called Roto Rooter because I didn't feel like fooling with it myself. The had someone hear in less than two hours The plumber, Aaron a great. Very personable, tidy and had our main line open in no time. My mother ha the same issue a few weeks ago ad called local plumber. That cost her $200 more than it did for the same thing. I would recommend the guys at Roto Rooter to anyone. more

Was at my house within 50 minutes of initial call. Had a problem that was unexpected. He went through logical steps to diagnose. Gave unbiased advise. Fixed problem completely. Plumber muttered a couple of times to himself and I was left wondering what he was thinking or if there was a problem. He also said that KY law required "air block(?)" between dishwasher and sink drain to prevent backwash of sink water. He did not have one to install. Pros: Quick response. Diagnosed problem after unexpected turn. Cons: Communication. Code work. more
