Chuck came to our home within an hour of my call on a Saturday afternoon. He was friendly and helpful. He fixed our drain problem very quickly and even let me see what was cloggin...

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8-12-11 8/17/2011

I was very pleased with the service I got from Ray and Tom of Roter-Rooter they came out in a thunderstorm and fixed the problem so we could use our water, then came back a few days later and fixed the whole system. They were funny polite and most of all CLEAN. I would hire and reccomend them again. more

Main Clean out power rodded, work was very quick, proffesional and clean and comparably priced to other plumbers. Service technician was very good and would ask for again. more

Very Professional: Called to announce arrival in 30 Min., Arrived with tools in tow, and problem solving his only goal. My main was full of dirty water, and the house could not stand anymore. Electric Rodding begun, awaiting results was unberable, but I will get through this. Finally after a stubborn fight with the lifeblood of my big tree out front, weblike gook was pulled out of the drain. More and more was extracted, then, the drill stuck, panic on my part, but the .Roto man prevailed, and the day was saved. The gook was gone, my wife smiled, I smiled, the basement smiled. Have to do this and a more regular basis, because I love that shade tree in the yard. Anyway, it's only money. Thank you Roto-Rooter more

The excavation team did a wonderful job fixing my main line. After they finished, they even helped to fix an ordinary clog in my basement, which was not part of their job description that day. They just wanted to help, and I was very impressed! more

Quick Diagnosis 5/9/2011

The plumber was on time and was very professional. He knew right away what the standing water in my laundry room meant, and he went into action immediately. My driveway is long and he needed to call another plumber to reach the main line, but he gave me a substantial discount for that without me asking. I will use Roto-Rooter again. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/2/2011

Hammond Plumber. My mother's 79-year-old house had a leak in the bathroom sink. I called Roto-Rooters and set up an appointment for my day off. Dan F. #443 came out and gave us a quote. It was a great price and he set out to fix the problem. It wasn't easy as the pipe feeding into the wall was the original pipe and was nearly impossible to get to. He did a great job. Since the drain also needed a good cleaning, he also performed that service for a good price. My mother is extremely happy with the results and we will certainly call Roto-Rooter the next time we need services performed....both at her house and at mine! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/13/2011

The Plumbers at Roto-Rooter are awesome, called the shop in Hammond: 5530 Sohl Avenue, both Ray Benge. #2647 and Chris James #1764 were very friendly, Ray B. assessed the problem and tried to help me find the best way to take care of my sewer line, and Chris J. came to my house and just shot away the problem with 4000 pounds of pressure. To see what the problem was and how to fix it came from two guys who wasn't trying to just get over on you. Thanks guys you helped me out a lot and it feels great to be able to use the bathroom again. more

Was calling another service company and could not get through. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent a plumber Jon J. #1352, from Hammond, IN within an hour. I have to admit, Jon was great. He assessed the problem, informed me of the work he would need to do, and went to work. He was very courteous and efficient at his task. He also advised me on how to eleviate any future problems. I will be calling for Jon again. I found him to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thanks alot Jon and Roto-Rooter. more
