Quick response given it was 5pm when I called. VERY Professional technician, TECH# 1447 NOEL. Explain process, cost break down and preventive measures for the future. Fixed the issue which was the main sewer pipe leaving the house was clogged due to toddler flushable wipes. Snake clean it out. Do not use flushable wipes as if they get caught on any corners it will back up ALL your drains!!! Will definitely use Roto-Rosters again hoping I dont have too... more
