Needed a plumber this past weekend for a backed up main drain so I jumped on the internet & looked up the Roto-Rooter guys that were close to me in Lombard on Oak Creek Drive. They sent Bill S. (#2986) out to take a look. Turned out that I had some roots growing into the main drain & he set to work clearing them out. The service was fast, efficient & Bill was very professional & competent. He arrived when they said he would & the estimated time that Bill said it would take to complete the service was almost to the minute. I've tried a few other services when this problem happens from time to time but Roto-Rooter is the best...they arrive when they say they will, they perform the work in a very professional manner & in a timely fashion. Great Service and response time! Around 10pm I discovered water coming up the floor drain. I knew I needed a plumber. I searched the internet for Roto-Rooter. A little over 1 hour later, I had a plumber working on the problem. Bill2986 did an excellent job explaining the process of cleaning out the clog. Very professional. When in need, call Roto-Rooter!!! 1/18/2012

Great service! They got the job done. Had a problem of all the upstairs water coming out of downstairs commode before. Turned out to be a broken pipe outside. When the same symptoms came again yesterday, I was not happy. Tried to get it done myself, to no good. I hoped I didn't need a plumber to do major work again. I went online to find the nearest Roto-rooter, which was in Lombard. I called early in the am and they said they would be out within 3 hours. I missed the first call, so my fault that they were not here sooner, but still was within their estimate. Bill showed up and was very professional. He looked at the problem, and told me what he planned to do and the cost. Within 10 minutes after he started the clog was cleared. He continued to route the lines to be sure he got all of the problem. He was clean and did not leave any mess. I would not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter. Quick, clean and thorough! My experience with Roto-Rooter of Lombard has been very good. I called on them a few years back for a bathroom sink clog. I was very satisfied with their work at that time, so I didn't hesitate to call on them again when my bathtub drain clogged up. The plumber was very friendly and courteous and suggested several ways I could use to keep my bathtub drain clear.
