I'm so HAPPY that I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing after I tried to install a new kitchen faucet yesterday. I am NOT a plumber, but Mario Alvarez (711) didn't shame me for my attempt, and he quickly installed the faucet, and restored order in my home. Not only was Mario a humble expert on this matter, but the fact that he was sent over the first thing this morning without delay was AWESOME! My Roto-Rooter Plumbing experience was fast, courteous, professional, and within my price range. I will be calling Roto-Rooter Plumbing for ALL of my plumbing from now on. Thanks to Ruth, who answered my call, too. She made everything alright from the start! more

This past wkend I called Roto-Rooter on 2500 central pkway out to my house to unclog my AC pipe and one of my toilets. with in a few hours Michael Suttles showed up and he was very informational, friendly and got the jobs done with out charging me for stuff I didn't need. I'm very impressed with Michael and his professionalism. I would definitly recommend to anyone that is having a plumbing problem to call Roto-Rooter and if you live in the Humble area definity ask for Michael Suttles. more

roto-rooter plumbing 4/19/2012

to my surprise, roto-rooter also does natural gas lines. The tech was very polite and helpful. The job was finished in record time and he pressure checked the remaining gas lines. He informed me of all my options and costs before any work was preformed. more

The plumber was very nice and informational. He explained the what ifs as he did his job. For instance, if there were a broken line or roots in the line and the cost if replacement is needed. I' m in an older part of the Houston area in an older home with very old lines. He informed me of the 90 day policy and to call him if any problems arise. more

I had a relatvely minor leak with a lot of damage to my kitchen. I called around, got a few estimates, and then I called Roto-Rooter. I was very happy to hear that Roto-Rooter was not just drains, but all plumbing needs. I was happy with my free estimate and my very fast servce. I had a master plumber at my house in less than 24 hours. Within 20 minutes of being at my home, he identified my problem and provided me with a resonable estimate. I was treated with respect and provided an extremely fair cost for the repair. My cost was 2/3 less than a local competitor. My Plumber was Mike Harris. Mike and his team completed all the work in a few short hours and I could finally take a hot shower again! I will use Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs. more

Talking about fast service, from the moment I called until the time they arrived was less than one hour. I will recommend them every time a plumber is needed. The plumbers in Houston from Roto- Rootrer are very polite and shared with me everything that had to be done, what the price was and no hidden fees. What I was surprised about most was they are very affordable. This plumbig issue was unexpected because it had to do with the outside water line leading from my property to the water metor, which I thought would be hanled by the city. No it was handled by my new friends at Roto-Rooter. Thanks Mike. more

Highly recommended, great service! Eric and Cruz were very punctual and extremely professional. They installed plumbing for our shower and tub. Their expertise of over 30 years in the industry shined through when we were confronted with some major issues that could have stalled or cancelled the job. They came up with elegant solutions and provided top quality work. They proposed solutions that saved us some money and made as little damage as was possible. Thanks for working with us and doing a great job! Pricing was competitive too and when compared to other quotes, overall the warrantees and work quality made Roto Rooter the far better choice. more

Prompt & Professional Service 1/11/2012

I called Roto-Rooter because both the men's and women's restrooms at our business had water coming up through the drains in the floor. I was greatfully surprised when I was told that they could have someone out within the hour. The Roto-Rooter employee that came out was very courteous and professional and cleaned up and left everything very neat before he left. more

Good service in the blink of an eye 1/5/2012

We had a water leak on an outside pipe by the water meter. Little did we know about Roto-Rooter's prompt service. Yeah, sure we heard about it on a commercial, but you know how that goes - its a commercial duh! But now, that I've have had an actual experience, I'm here to say that its all true, they are the greatest. Thanks Mike Harris (technician), you are a life saver! more

Prompt, Courteous and Great Customer Service 12/21/2011

The pipe on my hot water heater had rusted out. I tried to replace it myself but decided to call in the experts. I called Roto-Rooter and 2 guys arrived. They did a great job in a short period of time. I received 2 for the price of one.:) highly recommend them if you are in need of great service. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 11-22-11 12/9/2011

If you are looking for a good plumber in Houston, then Roto-Rooter is who you should call. I had a mini-disaster at the house with the plumbing the day after my grandmother had passed away. They sent someone out in a reasonable time period and they were able to unclog the line. The plumber was courteous and took the time to educate me about what was going on with the sewage line. I also appreciate his attempts to help me clean up the water in the house and to try and leave the bathroom clean after his work was complete. I'm really pleased with the service and will definitely use them again. more

I experienced a sewer backup at my new home in the Houston Heights. Roto-Rooter was out the next morning and had the entire sewer pipe clear of roots and debris in no time. I really appreciated the fact that their plumber scoped the pipe with a camera to prove the work he just completed. I will use them again! more
