Roto-Rooter Weekend Service 8/28/2011

A leaky hot water tank and flooded room on a Saturday afternoon leaving 3 roommates without hot water could have been a disaster, but thanks to Roto-Rooter (Rob 76) it was repaired with ease and a little humor. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what happened and promptly repaired the water tank. In addition, he also solved 2 more miscellaneous plumbing issues (running toilet and leading shower knob) with a positive and can-do attitude. more

Roto-Rooter Service 1/26/10 1/28/2010

Being a recent widow, my first plumbing disaster was scary. I opted for Roto-Rooter & hit the jackpot. They arrived in an hour, they were polite, well-groomed, NOT condescending and they explained everything very well. The cost seemed fair and the work was done quickly. I even got a couple of plumbing tips for future reference. What a relief! I was so pleased. Call them! Pros: Fast, professional, straightforward Cons: NONE more

Best Service in Town 11/16/2009

After having our toilet overflow and we couldn't get it to clear, we called Roto Rooter. They were at our house within an hour and a half. Two times they called us to tell us when the technician would be here. He arrived on time and was very informative and explained everything he would be doing. He was neat and clean in appearance and left my home neat and clean. He explained the bill to us and we will be calling him back to do the next step of the repair. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Roto Rooter and I can honestly say I have not said that about any company for a very long time. Pros: Fast and efficient Cons: Loud noises more
