Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

I had used Roto-Rooter in the past for a Sewer backup in July 2010, so I decided to phone Roto-Rooter again. This time our garbage disposal was backing up, dishwasher and our washer. The dispatcher told me when I called at 9:30am, today that they would have someone out between 9:30 and10:30am. I was very happy when Greg, the Roto-Rooter plumber arrived on time at 10:30am ready to do the job. He was very friendly and professional. He quickly remedied the problem. I also had to get to a doctors appointment and he was accommodating to my hurried schedule. I was happy that Greg drained the water that was leaking in my garbage disposal and cleaned the line. He also sold me a great Roto-Rooter pipe shield cleaner and educated me on how to further prevent my issues. Even though I thought he did a great job it was very pricey, but I was happy that it was covered under warranty for six months. I was expecting around the $100.00-$150.00 range, from other competitors and our neighbors told us that Roto-Rooter has the best price in town. The job totaled with $52.00 for a year use of Roto-Rooter cleaner $278.00. Greg also offered me a 40.00 coupon and I had a thirty dollar coupon out of the money mailer. I was happy he gave me an extra 10.00 off. Being a family of 5 and a tight budget I may shop around more in the future, but was happy with Greg’s plumbing services and his personal attention. He also did a free inspection of all our drains. more

My son put a toy down the shower drain and they were able to get it out in no time! They came within the hour that I called and were done in 10 mins, incredible! I was so worried that I was going to have to rip out my whole shower and because of the wonderful plumber at Roto-Rooter in Denver I did not have to. They were great: courteous, quick and professional. more

I called with a clogged kitchen pipe at 7:30 on a Wednesday evening and an hour and a half later it was fixed. The service was a little pricey, but our plumber Kris was extremely friendly and got there quickly despite the snowy Denver roads. Getting the job done in the evening when I was home was so much more convenient than taking time off work during the day. more

Our family had an after-hours call for our house in Denver. Our plumber Greg was very knowledgeable about the situation; and very helpful in explaining the problem to us in words that we understood. He helped us make the best of a bad situation and gave great advice on what we should do next. more
