Tech Radoslav got the problem solved quickly, and was nice to work with. He explained what was going on, and pointed out some possible plumbing issues from the construction of my 3 year old house. I'd call Roto-Rooter again. Pros: Came quick on a Saturday Cons: Service calls are $$ more
