11/11/11 Water heater leaking. After not getting a response from another company, I decided to give Roto-Rooter a call at 8:30AM and was greeted by a friendly Tiffany. There was a crew here within 2 hours. After determining that I needed a new unit, they left to pick up a new one. Sam and Bobby removed the old, installed the new unit and I was up and running a little after noon. Great job to all. Highly recommended. more

COOL JOB 7/19/2010

ON 7-16-10 ROTO-ROOTER SENT OUT BILL HOVESTADT TO SEE WHY WATER WAS IN MY YARD. HE CAME OUT WITH IN AN HOUR AND TOLD ME WHAT I HAD TO DO. HE OFFERD TRENCHLESS WATER LINE REPLACEMENT. IT WAS SO COOL TO SEE THEM PULL MY OLD WATER OUT OF THE GROUND AND PUT A NEW ONE IN. GREAT JOB WILL CALL AGAIN THANKS ROBERT more

Outstanding! 4/14/2010

I was given a reasonable quote for a difficult problem. In the end the total was BELOW the quote. What company finishes a job and charges you LESS than they quoted. The guys that came out to our house switched our gas water heater to electric and relocated it. My old water heater was built into a closet and couldn't be removed. The Roto-rooter crew went above and beyond and got the old water heater out (only after a significant amount of work). Top notch guys, top notch work at very fair price. I couldn't reccomend them highly enough. Pros: Quality, Price, Speed more
