I called the Roto-Rooter and I was sent an Angel. The youngman was polite, honest, and very concientious and most of all professional. He told me the truth about what was wrong with my pipe. He did not exxagerate about the problem. I have been dealing with Roto-Rooter for a number of years and had many service representative respond to problems with my sewer and pipe. This young man is one of the best. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone on Staten Island in need of a plumber. more

Fast Professional Service 3/16/2011

I had a main sewer line clog at my house. I tried everything from chemicals to renting a snake at home depot. None of those things worked. I finally called roto-rooter. Their professional and polite team member Jason came in and saved the day. With little inspection he knew that he had to snake it through the toilet. That shows a lot of experience at the job. He removed the toilet snaked the drain and the clog was cleared. Thank you so much. Professional service by a professional company. They also showed up to my house in less than an hour after calling. Quick response time. It was a great experience. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2-27-2011 2/28/2011

Called the plumber in Stratford, CT on Saturday night at 8pm about a leaky toilet issue. They gave me a window of 8-12 on Sunday. They called at 7:45am to let me know the technicians would be there by 9. Technicians showed up before 9, diagnosed the problem, explained it in detail, fixed it, cleaned up and left in less than an hour. Technicians were very professional. more

Plumber arrived in a timely manner was professional in his work. My previous experience has always been good with Roto-Rooter, although I find them somewhat pricey. This is offset, however, by a 6 month guarantee on the work. Would recommend.\r \r JohnB, Weston, CT more

1-19-11 I have never needed a plumber before because my husband always took care of it.. My husband just passed and of course the pipe in the kitchen sink was clogged and water was going down the basement... So I call Roto-Rooter. They came right out and fixed the problem within minutes. Brain was polite and friendly and to me most important he cleaned up after himself. He came back on Sunday and replaced the pipes in the basement. He did and excellent job. more

Right before New Years 1/3/2011

When we had a major plumbing issue, and had to have the basement pipes all re-piped Roto-Rooters sent Brian, a fast an efficient plumber from Stratford who got the job done quicker than we could have imagined! more

I was told by a family member that I would never get my bathroom done by the holidays. I called Roto-Rooter in Stratford, CT and they made an appointment right away. The plumber, Jason, was polite, quick and when I went to inspect the work, I was amazed at how clean everything was. I had a working bathroom in less than 3 hours! I would use Roto-Rooter again without fail. more

Roto-Rooter has been the most helpful of all plumbers. Someone answered right away and was able to set up an appointment that same morning. In fact, the technician came no more than a half an hour later. He was very polite and was able to do the job with no trouble. The service at the office and with the technician was exceptional. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. more

Excellent Service Saves the Day! 10/27/2010

I noticed the downstairs toilet was bubbling when the washing machine was running. It was late Saturday night so I would tend to it on Sunday am. When I arose Sunday am I heard the upstairs shower running and the down stairs toilet overflowing. I immediately called Roto Rooter, having dealt with them in the past and aware of their prompt response even on a Sunday. The technician arrived within thirty minutes and immediately began snaking the main house line. Within thirty minutes the clog was cleared and he offered to run a camera down the line to ensure there were no problems causing the clog. He allowed me to view the pictures as the camera snaked to the tank. He was efficient and explained everything in layman's language so that I could understand the problem and solution. I am now flushing the lines in the house regularly to prevent this buildup and clogging in the future. If this does happen again I know that Roto Rooter will be there to save the day! more

I had a backed up pipe in my condo building that was causing the toilet to overflow and shower to backup. They were very prompt and friendly. I was very happy with the results. I did feel the price was a little high. more

Clogged Outside Drain 10/6/2010

I had never used Roto-Rooter before and was quite impressed. I had a clogged outside drain that flooded our basement. I searched for a plumber in Stratford and found Roto-Rooter. The technician was there within the agreed timeframe. Tim was curteous, professional and very helpful.
